Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski trail, in summer the swimming lake is close to the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, offers skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The free ski bus, which runs in summer as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl vacation region, stops practically at the front door!

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). We have lovingly prepared the apartment for rent and hope that our guests feel very comfortable. The apartment is centrally located in the south of Rosenheim with a good bus connection to the train station or quickly by car on the highway. Rosenheim has a beautiful city center and you are also immediately in the mountains and at the surrounding lakes, and can enjoy the dreamlike nature.
