Enter The Old Chapel, a labor of love renovation resulting in a charming three-bedroom, all-ensuite stay unlike any other. Perfect for short getaways or week-long stays. Enjoy peaceful nights in king-sized beds fitted with luxurious 500-thread-count sheets. Each en-suite features spacious dual showers, fluffy robes, and slippers for ultimate relaxation.

Idyllic, The Coach House, Ashford-in-the-Water
This two bed cottage is in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views. Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. *Please note - bathroom refurbishment (completed 1st March 2026) The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but no longer a separate shower.

Cycle on the Monsal Trail or walk in the stunning grounds at Chatsworth House, both are easily accessible and glorious views await. A visit to the nearby Bakewell to sample the infamous Bakewell Pudding, is also a must! Our aim has been to make The Bobbin, an extremely comfortable 'home from home' .

This beautifully renovated and extended cottage in the heart of the Peak District is perfectly located in the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water. Exploring the Peak District attractions is ideal - with Chatsworth Estate, the Monsal Trail, Thornbridge Hall, Haddon Hall and the beautiful market town of Bakewell just a few minutes away. The stone built cottage, originally dating back to the 1800's, has been beautifully restored and modernised to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Nestled away in the village of Youlgrave, in the heart of the Peak District National Park this newly renovated cottage is the perfect bolt hole for couples, friends and single travellers looking to get away from it all. It is a great place for walkers and cyclists with access to the Limestone Way, White Peak Way and the Alternative Pennine Way. There are three public houses which all serve home cooked food using local produce and there are two bakeries, a deli and post office.

Riverview Cottage
Nestled on the river wye in what is widely known as the prettiest village in the Peak district River cottage has it all. One king size bedroom with en suite a double both with amazing views of the river and a single, it’s large family bathroom with jacuzzi style bath is perfect for a relaxing soak after a day in the peaks. Down stairs is a large dining room, lounge with gas fire and fully fitted kitchen but with the Tea room and Bulls head within 1mins walk you may not need it.

A private, self-contained, en-suite annex, next to the River Wye, in a tranquil setting. Direct access to covered decking area & shared garden so you can enjoy the water, wildlife and countryside. Food prep area with fridge, microwave, sink, kettle & toaster. Plenty of walks from the doorstep, cycle routes and climbing opportunities. Perfectly located to explore the Peak District. Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

Country and town lovers perfect place
Heidi Cottage a semi-detached stylish cottage in the heart of Bakewell town. This cosy cottage has views over Bakewell and is a very short walk into the town centre with a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. A charming garden and wood burning stove for chillier nights. It’s a great base for walkers with plenty of walks from your doorstep. The cottage is in a town location - If you are looking to be in the countryside - this is not for you. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The property is in a delightful and secluded position on the south facing side of Darley Hillside with views over the valley. The main living area is on the upper floor, accessed directly from the driveway and car-port via a hallway leading to the master bedroom and ensuite; living room with open log fire, dining area and internal balcony access to 2-storey atrium complete with spiral staircase; cloakroom; toilet, and kitchen with tree top external terrace.

A small village shop, 2 great pubs, tearoom, and an excellent restaurant are all located in the village, each just a short walk from the cottage. Plenty of scenic walks to enjoy too. Dog Friendly, we charge an additional £30 per dog for the duration of your stay and can accept 1 dog
