Loved staying in this room! Perfect for families with small kids, right across from the playground and so close to story land. Had a blast and would def stay here again!

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. P.S. the new stove/oven is amazing!! 🤩

My family and I had a great long weekend stay at Rafael’s Lake Winnipesaukee condo. Rafael and his wife Theresa were very helpful with local recommendations for entertainment and eating. We would definitely book there again

This is our extended family's third visit to Windy Peaks, so that speaks to how much we enjoy the place. It is a very comfortable house in a beautiful setting that easily accommodates our family of 7 adults and 4 kids. Depending on the weather, we've enjoyed playing pickleball, ping pong, pool and board games; the very nice playground; sledding; fire pit; and skiing at nearby Ragged Mountain. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of room for multiple cooks to work their magic. (It is on a mountain top so can get windy, though, thus "Windy Peaks".)

This was the perfect place for us. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

We had an unbelievable weekend at the River Nest. River access was beautiful and made our trip. The home was clean and had top tier amenities that exceeded our groups expectations. We’d love to come back!

We were there couples attending Laconia Bike week. We loved staying at a such a comfortable home and having a full kitchen. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back and stay again! This was our first experience in renting an Airbnb and it was a very positive experience. We would like to thank Suzie for sharing her home away from home.

We were incredibly lucky to stay in this wonderful place! From the first minutes it became clear that the owners put their soul into creating coziness: the house is perfectly clean, everything is impeccably maintained. We were especially pleased with the presence of all the necessary things - the housing fully corresponds to the description! And the lake… absolutely beautiful. The peaceful view from the window, birdsong in the morning, and sunrises and sunsets. Brandon is a wonderful host — kind, easy to communicate with, and clearly thoughtful. This home rightfully deserves 5 stars without any doubt. Brandon, we really loved your house and we want to come back here again and again ...

This is an absolutely fantastic home base to explore the NH lakes region as well as eastern VT! Jesse was an amazing host. He was super helpful and offered a myriad of hiking and dining suggestions well in advance of our stay, and even offered an earlier check-in time! The directions were easy to follow, surrounding location exactly as-described, and check-in was a breeze. Inside: The home itself was very well appointed, including a lot of really fun games! We loved how the focal point of the main gathering space was a great table rather than a TV. Excellent idea!! Plenty of space for our family of 5 including 3 older teens. Outside: The deck was lovely, and the neighbors waved to us when we passed, which made us feel right at home. Super close to Newfound Lake, and Squam too- if you want to see where “On Golden Pond” was filmed! :) Odysea was great for coffee and a quick breakfast, and Hannaford is super close for groceries. So sad to be leaving. Don’t miss this treasure!

The house is just as pictured, beautiful kitchen, spacious rooms, very nice library. It is very warm and homey, we felt very comfortable. We loved the farm and, we got to see baby lambs which was a great plus, especially if you go with kids! Kim was great from the first moment and very communicative! We would definitely be back!

We stayed for one night and wished we could have stayed longer! The Blue Chalet was as pretty as it looks in the pictures, easy to find, and fully equipped. We sat by the fire pit as the sun went down and then cooked in the very well stocked kitchen. The house is modern and elegantly decorated, with very comfortable beds. Dana was possibly the most responsive Airbnb host I’ve ever talked to! She helped make the entire process seamless and even let us have a late check out so that we could chill a bit longer on the deck before getting back on the road. All in all, a perfect stay.

We so enjoyed the privacy and solitude. Coming from a large city, there is constant noise.

We had the best time at Ashely”s cabin on a ski trip with friends . We skied at Waterville and Ragged , visited the ice castles and came back to everything we needed and a warm and cozy home! Kitchen had everything we needed for great meals and we enjoyed the hot tub and the kids had a blast! We will definitely return! Also, Ashley had wonderful recommendations for meals/coffee - especially The Inn for dinner - we had a wonderful trip!

This is the most perfect family vacation spot. It is directly across the street from the boat house with lake access. The most beautiful views you could ask for. less than a mile from grocery and restaurants. The interior is stunning and clean. My family has already asked me to book it again!
