This charming, pet-friendly retreat is hands down the most delightful and comfortable stay I’ve experienced! Every corner, inside and out, is filled with charm. My puppy, Stella, had an absolute blast, running freely across the lush grass without a worry—no issues with other pets or anything else nearby. Waking up to stunning scenery each morning was a dream, and evenings on the back porch, gently swinging as the sun set, made for the perfect end to every day. We’ll **definitely** be back! This stay was perfect for my family, although we were passing through just for one night it was in a beautiful location and the cabin itself was great. We loved everything and all the amenities were perfect. Would definitely stay again

I must say, this lakeside cottage was an absolute dream. It felt like stepping straight into the pages of Southern Living magazine! The view of the lake was simply breathtaking—and visible from nearly every room in the house. Nestled in a serene, semi-private cove, the cottage offered complete peace and quiet. Our mornings were spent relaxing on the dock, and our evenings gathered around the cozy fire pit. During the day, we took full advantage of the complimentary paddle boards—made even better by the fact that this part of the lake had very little boat traffic. Preparing meals in the beautifully equipped kitchen was a breeze. Everything we needed to whip up a “gourmet” meal was right at our fingertips. When we didn’t feel like cooking, downtown Gadsden was just a short 20-minute drive away, offering plenty of restaurants, charming coffee shops, and grocery stores. Pamela was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. We had a wonderful weekend
