Smögen, Hamburgsund or Fjällbacka are about 20 minutes away. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, hall with kitchen as well as a bathroom. Bicycles are available to borrow. If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandets nature reserve is 9.2 km away. Nordens Ark is 15 minutes by car, as is Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. It is also close to Fjällbacka.

The west coast, Bohuslän with warm cliffs red sea stalls, perfect fishing, water sports and exciting excursions – it's no wonder we head to this beautiful part of Västra Götaland, every year. Lesarstugan has the sea in front of it with jetties and boats. Here you can bring your coffee cup and go down to the jetty and have a morning or evening swim or just enjoy. Right in the corner of the house you can arrive at the fine Kuststigen, a hiking trail in various stages with well excellent managers.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Enjoy a memorable stay while staying at this unique place. I am a retiree who rents out a separate apartment, with a private entrance, in our villa. During low season, Sept - May. The apartment is rented minimum 3 nights and a discount after 7 nights, even monthly during the low season. The house is quiet and rural in nice Hunnebostrand. About 2 km to the shops, restaurants and swimming. Cleaning is not included. Sheets and towels are not included, but can be purchased.
