Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Asprovalta

Apartment was wonderful. We even had a washing machine so we could have fresh clothes for our entire trip. Communication with Host was super fast and reliable. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the building itself (not the apartment) looked like an abandoned building (especially inside). When we arrived at night, it was a bit creepy. The apartment itself was very nice tho!

Thank you for such a welcoming stay. Very well-maintained space, all the comforts of home for a family with three children and a very helpful host, Mr. Kostas. If we find ourselves in Thessaloniki again, we will return.

This apartment is beautiful and spacious. Every room has A/C. The location could not be better. Everything is walkable. The host was very responsive if we needed him. The place was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

Yannis is an amazing host. Great communication, super helpful recommendations. Really flexible with everything and an all-around great guy. The place is fantastic. 5 minutes to the beach on foot. 2 minutes by cat to grocery shops and cafes. 15 minutes by car to the nearest towns. 15 min to 60 mins to the best beaches in the entire region. Spacious inside. Comfortable. Full kitchen. Great AC. Working space for 2 people. Overall it was fantastic for a 1-week stay. The only complaints are the bathroom and internet. Water will get everywhere when you shower. Not a big problem, just unusual experience for us. The internet was the other problem. It's barely suitable for video calls but fine for youtube. 3MBPS will be the max. During cloudy or stormy days it will cut out in entirely. Yannis is working on this and it should be improved, but I just wanted to mention for transparency. Overall, a wonderful stay. I will return and definitely recommend.

The communication from Giannis was so helpful and thoughtful. Checking in was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was clean, well furnished and a relaxing place to be. The area had a great choice of bars and places to eat, it felt safe and comfortable. My partner and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay and we are already talking about when we can book to return.

All the instructions for entering the house were descriptive and easy. The view from the balcony was nice. It was comfortable and ideal for 3 people but 4 adults can be a bit difficult. Everything was ready when we arrived. The sheets were clean and fresh snake. Kitchen utensils were more than adequate and convenient. It is definitely a place I would prefer if I come back to Thessalonica. The host also responded quickly and sincerely to my every question without getting tired. I would like to thank him very much

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Very well equiped villa near Serres with a beautiful garden. We really enjoyed the house and the 2 major pluses: EV charging and doggo friendly. Definitely recommended. The host was very responsive and had everything taken care of. Thanks for all the freebies.

Eleni’s home was absolutely everything one could wish for… tasteful, lovely, and loaded with classic Greek hospitality! It is perfectly central to some of the very best spots in Thessaloniki. And it is a peaceful and restful haven to return to after full days and nights of exploration and enjoyment of such a warm people and welcoming city. I had a great stay here, the instructions of Paraskevi were excellent so that it was easy to find and get in. She was also proactive in giving me all the necessary details and giving me a welcoming stay. The place is beautiful: small, but cozy with all the necessary amenities, a big bed and an amazing balcony from which you can see the surrounding city and Mt Olympus (bis plus!). The location is also within walking distance to other sides and the sea front and also reachable by bus from the airport. It was a lovely stay and I would book it again.

Katerina's apartment is perfect for large groups like ours. It is very centrally located, within walking distance of bars and restaurants. It is also close to the metro station and you can get around the city really easily. Katerina also described the apartment very accurately and was very responsive to my messages. All in all a great experience and a clear recommendation!

Very nice place: easy to find and get in, clean, comfortable, reliable and friendly communication. Lots of restaurants nearby, very walkable. The street is a bit busy but there's not much noise in the apartment. Would gladly stay again, and can highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at the place. The large terrace is perfect and there was everything we needed. It was very clean and we liked the decor with its creative details. From the train station, it can also be reached quickly by bus. We can only recommend the accommodation and would book again! :)
