We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

A short stay expess but everything was perfect, the owner is really very welcoming he gave us lots of good tips for a great holiday. Everything was prepared with care and the accommodation is tastefully decorated. We hope to be back soon.

The stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Large and comfortable apartment, located in the very center. Clean, well-equipped kitchen. Friendly hosts. Everything was great!

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Best Airbnb & host we’ve ever had. 10000/10. He let us store our luggage’s early before check in, and later after check out. He gave us extra towels for the beach, and was very responsive and kind.

Simone's place is very lovely, it's located near the city centre. There are lots of bars and restaurant nearby, but it's still a quiet area. The apartment is very clean and it's how it looks in the pictures. Simone is very friendly and has a lot of recommendations to give. He even prepared beach towels for us. Our stay was perfect, would book this place again definitely. :)

Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

The house is very modernly furnished. The devices are all modern and easy to use. The wifi was very good. All rooms have air conditioning, which is very good and quiet. There are plenty of shower and hand towels. The bathrooms are very modern, the only thing missing is storage space in the lower bathroom. The location of the house is very good. The very nice beach and many good restaurants can be easily reached on foot. Free parking is available right outside the door. Communication with Andrea always worked very well. There could be more plates and pots, then you wouldn't have to turn on the dishwasher so often. There are plenty of glasses, cups and cutlery. The laundry rack is too small and there are definitely no cushions for the wooden loungers on the upper terrace. These are things that can certainly be changed. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

Spacious apartment with great amenities. They have a washer/dryer combo. Local grocery store is down the block. Easy walk to marina and great restaurants plus the view from Viale Buon Cammino. This road also has free street parking. My only complaint is that the door was difficult for me to turn the key and my husband had to do it. Highly recommend!

We loved this spot! The jacuzzi overlooking the city was amazing. The place was in a great location. The kitchen was lovely to cook in. We stayed here for a week and made it our home. The rooms get dark and cold which make for great sleeping. The area is quiet, the balcony you can see the ocean from, and it was a 10/10 spot to stay. The hosts are very responsive too! If you have any questions, they write you back almost immediately. Great place to stay, highly recommend it!

Alessandra is a warm, welcoming and responsive host. We really appreciated her facilitating an early check in for us after we had an early flight. The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Cagliari with multiple restaurants and nearby attractions to walk to. The apartment itself is spacious and nicely done. Perfect for a few days to spend in Cagliari.

Very comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace. Tiziana was very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to several restaurants and the grocery. Would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures - clean, stylish and equipped with everything you need. The area is quiet but still easily accessible, with shops and public transport nearby. Stefano, the host, was extremely kind and helpful, quickly answering all our questions and making sure we had a good time.
