Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Assisi

It's idyllic. A short drive or walk from Paciano and you get to this peaceful spot that looks over the olive grove. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. The terrace is a beautiful shaded spot to while away the hours. We would highly recommend to anybody looking for the ideal spot to switch off and hear nothing but birds, bullfrogs and the occasional donkey bray. The home itself is well appointed, perfect for a couple or those with one child. There is plenty of space and the flat contains everything you need. We loved it. A perfect week.

Siamo stati veramente bene a Villa Eden, dal momento del nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Tiziana calorosamente facendoci sentire subito a casa, ci ha dato consigli e ci anche aiutato a trovare un ristorante per cenare. la casa è decorata con gusto e curata in ogni dettaglio , pulita e ben attrezzata di tutto. la posizione è perfetta per visitare i vari luoghi del Umbria. Grazie Tiziana per l'ospitalità Consigliatissimo

We cannot express how much we loved our stay at Saverio’s. It was absolutely PERFECT! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The home itself was beautiful in construction, clean, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including little extras like fresh coffee, teas, local advertisements for restaurants, and also recommended the local grocery for toiletries or food items. Saverio’s home couldn’t be in a better location, tucked in a charming part of the countryside with views that will take your breath away and make you fall in love with this part of Italy. Even being out-of-town, you are close to everything. The town of Magione has a wonderful and friendly restaurant with fantastic pizza and entrees- I Cento Passi. Saverio, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we are grateful for the experience.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Marina e Paola per due notti con la nostra cagnolona e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è ottima, la casa stupenda e Marina ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili! Torneremo sicuramente.

Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

Sara è stata super gentile e affabile, con la sua splendida figlia ci hanno trattato benissimo, dandoci consigli su come muoversi per visitare Assisi e i paesi che avevamo in programma. Il suo alloggio è confortevole, nuovo e pulitissimo. Esperienza da ripetere

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

Our very first Air BnB experience. Everything went super smoothly and Daniele is an excellent host. Our flight was delayed 3 hours so we arrived later than expected. Communication was effortless, Daniele’s place is wonderful with all the facilities you could need and the centre of Assisi is on your doorstep. You’re also close to a local supermarket ( Tigre) and a wonderful Cafe 1 min walk from Danieles place. He is a friendly and kind person who made is feel extremely welcome. Great kitchen and utensils if you wish to cook your own food. Absolutely brilliant experience.

It is such a glorious place. We were stunned, and so happy and calm for the three days we had there. The landscape around the house, and the waterfall, was breathtaking. Thank you Ella and all the family!

Alloggio dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, pulito, ordinato e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere velocemente diversi luoghi di interesse: Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Bevagna etc. Consigliatissimo. Francesca was an excellent host and her home is absolutely stunning. It could’ve easily accommodated a few more people than we booked but our number (5/6) was just right to bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well cared for in the kitchen had everything anyone could ask for. The residence is located on a quiet street that is a little difficult to access for folks who are less mobile, but perfect for those who want to find peace in Assisi. Francesco was super responsive throughout our visit and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Gli host di casa Lieta sono stati molto reattivi e proattivi. Ci ha fatto il check in la moglie, che è stata gentilissima in quel momento e anche durante le comunicazioni successive. Ci ha aiutato dandoci indicazioni e ci hanno fatto trovare anche i biscotti per la colazione. Unica pecca del soggiorno sono stati alcuni elementi della biancheria che forse avrebbero avuto bisogno di essere ricontrollati dopo il lavaggio. Detto questo, ottima esperienza, ci tornerei e la consiglio a tutti!

It was my second time staying at Simone's apartment in Assisi and I cannot recommend it more. Simone finds the most welcoming and proactive ways for any of the needs the guests have. From the welcome gifts to ice cold water in the fridge for a hot summer day, from the slippers to bathroom amenities, it has been a true pleasure to stay at the heart of Assisi and especially at Simone's house. The kitchen still has the original design and it was one of the highlights and from the bedroom you can see the S. Chiara cathedral. A magical place.

Cristina è una persona gentile e molto disponibile. Ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli logistici. È stato un vero piacere trascorrere la vacanza nella sua villetta. Ci ha accolto personalmente e ci ha seguito in tutti gli spostamenti che abbiamo fatto. La sua dimora è molto bella , immersa in un oasi di serenità e pace. La consiglio vivamente.

Die Unterkunft von Riccardo ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen. Sehr sauber, gut gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch Riccardo ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, hat alle Infos rechtzeitig zukommen lassen, sehr detaillierter Beschrieb des Check-Ins, damit gar keine Fragen aufkommen - besten Dank Riccardo!

I have stayed at 50+ AirBnB and this was my all time favourite. Imagine staying within a castle, with an adjacent church, a great pool and the most fabolous views of the umbrian country side. Not to forget the best equipped kitchen and the best care taker Nazareno. And an actual fresco in the bedroom! Cant recommend this place enough.

E' stato un soggiorno breve, ma molto piacevole. L'appartamento impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista, comodo, pulito e con un bagno molto funzionale! Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare da Brunelli!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in cinque (due adulti e tre ragazzi) nel coloratissimo appartamento di Giulia a Santa Maria degli Angeli, e siamo stati contentissimi dell'ospitalità! L'alloggio era pulitissimo, lenzuola ed asciugamani puliti, abbiam trovato anche il frigo riempito con acqua, yogurt, affettati e latte. C'era un buffet pronto per la colazione con una scelta variegatissima di merendine, fette biscottate, marmellate, nutella e miele in monoporzioni, il bollitore per l'acqua e la moka per il caffè, oltre a stoviglie a sufficienza per tutti. In bagno abbiamo trovato anche 5 boccette di bagnodoccia e il phon a disposizione. Bella l'idea di lasciare a disposizione anche dei giochi in scatola, oltre al biliardino multifunzione. La terrazza è stupenda, con tavolini, sedie e poltroncine. Giulia ha sempre risposto subito ai miei messaggi, consigliandoci anche luoghi in cui cenare in zona, secondo le nostre richieste. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui se vi trovate in zona!

L'appartamento di Rosmunda e Orfeo si trova molto vicino al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Lo stabile è ben curato e in una zona tranquilla. Ho apprezzato la disponibilità degli host. Consigliato

Cristinas Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe vom Zentrum der Altstadt von Perugia und man kann auf schönen Wegen sehr schnell zu Fuß zu den zentralen Plätzen gelangen. Die Garage, in der man das Auto parken kann, ist nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt und absolut sicher. Cristina ist sehr freundlich und hat uns geholfen zur Wohnung zu finden, was wegen der Verkehrssituation in Perugia zuerst nicht einfach war. Sie hat sofort auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und ist auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch, bestens ausgestattet, sehr ruhig in der Nacht und sehr sauber.

We had the most beautiful stay in Umbria! The location is perfectly remote and peaceful, yet just a short drive to town, an ideal balance. The home itself is stunning, with thoughtfully curated furnishings that make the space feel warm and inviting. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The gardens and landscaping are truly breathtaking: lush, serene, and clearly tended with love. We especially enjoyed the presence of the sweet farm animals and friendly dogs, which added so much charm and joy to our stay. Livia is a wonderful host. She was generous, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She offered great local tips and guidance, and even shared some of her delicious olive oil with us. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We would love to come back and experience each of the rooms... it's the kind of place you never want to leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic Umbrian escape!

Ottimo piccolo appartamento con tutti i servizi necessari, cucina pulita e tenuta in ordine, bagno molto spazioso, abbiamo utilizzato anche la lavabiancheria , l'asse e il ferro da stiro. La casa è in una zona centrale, arrivare al Duomo ci si impiega 15 minuti a piedi (c'è da fare una salita molto... salutare 😄 ma Perugia è tutta salite e discese) ed un parcheggio libero per l'auto a circa duecento metri ed in pochi minuti si è già fuori città per recarsi in altre luoghi. Per il check-in Sara ci ha aspettato davanti la porta e ci ha dato molte indicazioni sulla città. Non abbiamo potuto conoscere Will perché non si trovava in città ma anche lui, via mail, è stato molto gentile. Consiglio senza incertezze l'appartamento per chi vuole visitare Perugia e dintorni.
