Could not recommend this place enough. Me and my 4 mates went to this villa. (5 lads, all 21 years old) it was amazing, Magdalena met us at the villa when we landed to talk us through all that we needed and show us around. It was huge, 5 bedrooms and plenty of things to do inside the house, multiple TVs, big kitchen with all the things you’d need, blenders, coffee machine, cutlery etc. The views from the villa were incredible as we were on top of a hill. The pool was the perfect temperature in the day and even at night it was never really cold like most pools. The gym is small but you can manage well if you know what you are doing. It has a good pool table, table tennis, loads of card games and a PS4. Whenever we needed any help Magdalena would always respond in minutes. The price is great for what you get it is the best I have found. It is only 15-20 minutes drive from the city of Heraklion where there is plenty to do such as food and drink. I’d also recommend renting a car.

The apartment is perfectly equipped, with everything you could possibly need – you could move in right away as it leaves no wish unfulfilled. It was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at ease. We were lucky enough to spend almost two months here, and it was an unforgettable experience. Chrystalleni and Christina made our stay truly exceptional: always available, incredibly helpful, and with a warmth and kindness that are rare to find! Their hospitality made us feel truly cared for and allowed us to fully enjoy our time. This accommodation is truly a hidden gem, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. It’s a 5-STAR property in every sense – from the amenities, cleanliness, to the exceptional hospitality. A perfect stay in every way. Thank you for such a memorable experience!! :-)

I can thoroughly recommend the accommodation. It is set in a beautiful location and it is very peaceful. The owner seems to have been thought of everything you may need and she is very friendly and helpful. I hope to visit again in the near future.

We stayed as a family of six, four adults and two children (8 and 5). The set up was really comfortable and worked perfectly for us. The outdoor pool area is great and our two kids loved it - especially as there were lots of inflatables left to play with. We arrived at 3am. Xristos offered to meet us, but when we suggested with young children we'd prefer just to get in and get to bed, then meet up after it was no problem at all. We had instructions to call when we arrived, and the gate was opened for us. We were blown away by how well supplied the house was. Xristos was in touch in the week before to check if we needed anything in particular and couldn't have been more helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to start our holiday. Then we had a delivery of local fruit and wild artichokes as they were in season. Amazing. There was a dust storm before we arrived. Xristos promptly sorted this too. A great and relaxed place to stay, with an unbelievably good host. Thanks!
