Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Athens

Very good stay at Anna's apartment. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and the proximity to the metro. The neighborhood is quite quiet and there are quite a few small restaurants and local shops close to the apartment. Anna took care to leave us some recommendations for activities/restaurants to try that we found very good! Great communication and welcome from him! Thanks again! PS: Note that in Athens there is a climate resilience tax of €8 per night (April to October) for seasonal rentals. From November to March, this tax is €2. To be included in your budget in addition to the price advertised on Airbnb.

Great apartment, great location!

Great location near the port for our cruise vacation. Great service and access, we had an amazing stay. The host was hospitable & welcoming. Plenty of room for my family of 5.

Lovely apartment within walking distance to the sights and nice restaurants nearby. Was a great base for our stay in Athens.

I initially spent one month at Nikos’ place but I later decided to prolong my stay of another month. The apartment was clean, new, modern, and well furnished. Nikos was a great host, nice and always responsive. The apartment is close to the metro station of Neos Kosmos but one can walk and reach Koukaki in 15 minutes and the acropolis museum in 20 minutes by foot. It is also surrounded by many supermarkets like lidl. Highly recommended.

As expected, only thing that was not entirely clear was that what the 'third bedroom' was sort of the second half of the living room, but there is a sliding door that can be closed for privacy.

Perfect for a short stay in Athens, central location with alot of nearby bars. Neighbourhood is safe and home of Athens subculture.

Giota's got you covered! Wonderful place with even better host. Our family of four had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the door made carrying our language a breeze. Bravo to the host for the wonderful upkeeping!

Yotas place is a real good alternative especially if you are on a budget and don’t mind sharing the bathroom Very comfortable bed, great AC and WiFi. She is very knowledgeable and helpful plus the place is in the most central location 👍

The home is secluded, surrounded by pine trees. Very nice outdoor covered space with BBQ and yard. There is an air conditioner and a fireplace. Panayiotis and his parents who live very close are extremely hospitable, we felt like we were going to our family in the village. The beach is very close, not even a five minute drive.

We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!

The house was just like the photos! Very clean and tidy with all amenities listed! The spot, although easily accessible, close to shops, supermarkets and the beach, was very quiet and with a great view! Mrs. Sophia is excellent at her understanding as we had our dog and very discreet! We'll definitely go for it again!!

A fantastic base for exploring Athens! From the beginning, Kostis was an incredibly pro-active host and he was key in making our stay so enjoyable, smooth and stress-free. His recommendations are excellent, and he was really helpful in arranging reliable taxi drivers and guides. He is truly a super-host with clear, accurate and timely communication. The apartment is conveniently located close to the main areas and historic sites of Athens, everything very accessible on foot (and also steps away from public transport). It is very clean and thoughtfully decorated, with comfortable beds and all amenities should you wish to self-cater. However, there are so many great places for coffee and food close by if you want to experience wonderful Greek hospitality! It is also very quiet and peaceful even in such a central location. I highly recommend staying at this apartment, we will certainly choose it again for our next visit to Athens. Thank you Kostis!

This is in a great location if you want to be able to walk to all the must-visit places in Athens. Stella was very communicative and makes it easy for a flexible check-in time. We really appreciated her help with arranging for us to have a driver back to the airport as well. Wish there was a screen-door to the patio so we could let the fresh air into the house without letting bugs in, but that was minor as we didn’t spend too much time at the place since we were out and about most of the trip.

Great stay in Athens — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described!

Georgia was really helpful and nice during my stay at the airBnB. She was proactive in asking about how the stay was going and provided everything I needed. She was flexible with the check-in and check-out process. The apartment looked great and had plenty of space. Overall perfect accommodation.

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!
