Monthly Rentals in Atherton

We booked it as we were completing Bolton 70.3. House was perfect for our needs for the weekend. I would recommend to anyone completing the race next year. Communication was great with a pain free check in.

It was great! As listed and a really big two bedroom place for the price. Clean everything works (except the bulbs had gone in lamps in bedrooms but that was no big deal) there was toiletries clean towels tea coffee bottled water. Nice touches 🙏 easy to walk to lots of shops and restaurants from right next door to within 20 mins walk

We had a really great stay here! The place was spacious, super clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were really comfy, which made for a great night’s sleep after a long day out. It had all the facilities you'd need—kitchen essentials, clean bathroom, plenty of storage, and more. The location was spot on, close to everything we needed but still nice and quiet. Free WiFi was solid, and the Smart TV in the living room was perfect for chilling in the evening before our busy weekend. All in all, a super comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely recommend and book again!

What an experience! I just needed somewhere to stay whilst doing the Bolton 70.3 triathlon, and wasn’t expecting much. But I was blown away by Kev’s hospitality and made to feel very welcome in his home. A great experience that I won’t forget in a hurry. Thanks Kev. Also, It’s only a 25 minute jog to the swim start of the triathlon which means you get extra time in bed before the race!
