Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Atlantic Beach

Beautiful condo unit as compared to others we have stayed at in the same building. Beautiful setting on the sound with view of the ocean which is very close. Pool is beautiful as well. Baths for each bedroom which is great. Beds were great!!

Our stay has been great! We needed to be close by base for the SunDown Event on Cherry Point. We absolutely loved the cleanliness and the space it provided for us. Brian was very responsive when it came to our arrival and understanding of our long travel from Florida. Look forward to booking there again soon!

We had a great stay at Zach’s condo. We had a relaxing week. We felt at home and were sad to go. Zach was an amazing host. He responds quickly. The sun shades were broken and he had a brand new one to us in a couple hours. He made our vacation very easy. The condo has everything you need from adults to kiddos. We will be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The listing description is spot on. There was a closet full of beach stuff to use which was super convenient and very nice (mini Shibumi, beach cart, beach toys, beach chairs). Other small touches around the condo made it convenient as well like hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, pots, pans, games, plenty of bedding, blankets, and towels. The whole condo complex was peaceful, quiet, and good location. The condo was clean and well maintained, didn't see a single bug.

Kelly’s place was great. It was very close to the beach which allowed for easy travel back and forth. It was calm and the entire complex was quiet and safe. I will definitely keep this place in mind moving forward!

This is our 2nd time staying here in this particular condo. We love Sands Villas and Jeanne’s places is always so wonderful. We had a great time!

Our stay exceeded our expectations…we had an AMAZING time!!! The location was 3-4 minute walk to the private beach access. Area was peaceful and felt like home. Shari and Bob were awesome and provided us with clear check in details and recommended restaurants and things to do, which was so helpful since this was our 1st time at Emerald Isle. Would highly recommend!!!

We had a fantastic stay in Surf City! The location was truly 10/10 — just a short, easy walk to the beach with a stunning view that we enjoyed every day from the balcony. The condo itself was beautifully updated, clean, and comfortable. The bed was on the softer side, which some may love, and while the pillows weren’t our favorite, bringing your own is an easy fix. The kitchen was nice and had most essentials, but I’d recommend packing extras like Tupperware, foil, or plastic wrap if you plan to cook. Our 10-year-old loved the bunk beds and slept great all week. We also appreciated how kind and understanding Kaili was when we let her know we accidentally broke a small dish. Great host and a great location close to all the best restaurants and spots in town. Highly recommend!

The condo location is steps away from the pool and walkway to the beach. Close to restaurants and grocery. Perfect for family with kids.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was the perfect size for our family of five! It was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the beach just steps away (and two pools!). The place had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, which made our stay super convenient. Communication with the host was excellent...Amy was responsive, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. Getting around the area was a breeze. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

We had a great stay at Talitha's condo in North Topsail. Everything was as advertised, and clean. It was the perfect size for two adults.

Lots of amenities and fun place to stay!

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, stylish, spacious and exactly as described. Everyone complimented the decor as they arrived. There were so many extra amenities- from bikes, ping pong tables, kayaks, Shibumi shade(we loved it so much, we ordered one during our drive home), to books and board games. The kids enjoyed the community pool on days we didn't make it to the beach. The location was ideal—close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Steve was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our Children are sailors and this place was a perfect fit that was better than described. The personal touches and amenities for our family will have us back on the next trip. We have a child at Camp Seagull and this made our drop off seamless while being able to check out the local community within close walking distance. Community was super friendly and Lisa was an amazing host! We’ll be back!
