Located between the mountains and sea, we are only 5 minutes from the historical Atri centre, 15 minutes to the famous Pineto beach, 10 minutes to Silvi beaches, 40 minutes to the mountains, 30 minutes from Pescara centrale and Pescara airport. Next door is a famous neighbourhood pizzeria, full of locals any day of the week.

It is located in a small Abruzzo village that is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The accommodation's characteristic feature is the Majella stone construction, which makes the house cool in summer. Parking (not for a fee) is located near the property. Also ideal for those who want to go to the beach (reachable in about 30 minutes).
