Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Atri

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chiara's, in lovely Capestrano, for two weeks in Abruzzo. It looked just like her photos, with ample space on two floors to spread out. The kitchen had the amenities we needed to prepare tasty meals with incredibly fresh local produce and dairy items. The small refrigerator was helpful to store our perishable culinary treasures. And wine! Tucked at the top of a staircase off of the small road, it was very quiet and very close to the main piazza. Whenever we needed groceries, a pharmacia, delicious morning espresso with cornetto, or a nightcap with some of the regions incredible wines, we were only a 5 minute walk away. Chiara was always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with suggestions of what to do and see in the area. So many beautiful, charming mountaintop villages to explore! We felt very safe staying here and leaving for the entire day, to marvel at this most extraordinary, naturally stunning area of Italy.

Beautiful apartment,clean and well equipped with everything. Breathtaking views of the valley and silence are priceless ! It's a freshly renovated country house with a kitchen on the dining room with a working fireplace and a TV. There are 4 bedrooms : 2 double bedrooms+ one for study and the other with a double sofa bed and TV. There's plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is new, complete with pots, plates , pans glasses, etc., new and good quality. Moreno is a perfect host. It exceeded all the best expectations. Highly recommended!

Renovated and very clean apartment, in an old panoramic villa with a large garden around, very well-kept. The apartment also has a nice terrace and convenient parking for the car, in a courtyard with an automatic gate. The place is very quiet and peaceful, just outside a small village, great for relaxing and feeling on vacation. The owner was very welcoming and kind, and also gave us useful directions to the surroundings. We had a great time.

Great place rooms are nice and big, excellent location, truly authentic Italian style. Pescara is our favourite place to visit, highly recommended this Apartment. Very helpful host and all the facilities you need.

Ascoli and its surroundings are very beautiful. Compared to food, there is little alternative for those who do not eat meat. But we had taken this into account. The apartment is super nice and a stone's throw from the center.

Serena is very communicative and friendly. We had a wonderful stay. Perfectly located and so convenient to explore the area. Parking is right down the road and there is always plenty to find a spot!

Great, quiet place where you can completely relax. Sunbeds and a hammock next to the fruit orchard, mountains as a view, visits from a red kite and collared redstarts for the bird lovers, firefly show in the evening and a pygmy owl in the distance. Those who love nature love this place. The bed is wonderful, the shutters make the rooms nice and dark, screens are attached everywhere, the shower is a bit small for tall Dutch people like us. Lina and Mario were super helpful and communicative. Villages in the area are nice to visit. Don't expect large crowds of tourists, you can visit ruins on your own (in June at least). Some roads in the area chosen by navigation are 'adventurous' to drive. The main roads are easy to do.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Short stay in a beautiful and peaceful village in Abruzzo. The house contains everything you need and the garden with pool is very well laid out. The owners are lovely people who also own a restaurant in the center, which we recommend you try.

We had a great time at the big and beautiful house. Katja and her husband were very helpful and communication went great. There was even an air conditioner installed in the upper bedrooms, which gave us pleasant temperatures during the night. Overall the house is very well equipped and very suitable for a larger family. The old town of Montefiore is very easily accessible. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back.

we stayed at Simonetta's house the week of Ferragosto. The accommodation is spacious, tastefully furnished and very well supplied with everything. The garden is lovely and very pleasant for dining. The beach, various restaurants and the supermarket are within walking distance Special thanks to Simonetta for her thoughtful and attentive welcome, like a family member!

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

The house and its surroundings were even more beautiful than in the pictures and the view from the house was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was so nice. The hosts were always available and responded quick if we had any questions. 10 out of 10 experience, would really recommend!

dear Helenia and family, We had a lot of fun with you. The ground floor apartment is spacious and beautiful. We were surprised, because it is much nicer than in the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the large garden a lot. We are grateful for the tasty cake, eggs, wine, pasta sauce and so on. What lovely people you are. There should be more people like you.
