We have retained the special architectural features found in this area (brick barrel ceilings, wooden beams, mosaic floor designs). There are beautiful views from the balcony and all main rooms. Casa Bianca is just steps from shopping, bars, and restaurants, and a short drive from beaches, mountains, olive groves and wineries.

The rooms are located on the ground floor of a portion of a villa nestled among olive trees on the hill of Città Sant'Angelo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, about 10 km from the A14 Pescara Nord exit. The other unit of the villa is occupied by the owner. Ideal for a relaxing stay between beaches and mountains.

A refuge in the countryside

The tent we rent is new and very spacious, 4 ml in diameter. The pole in the center allows you to stand comfortably. It has a capacity of 4/5 single or 4 single mattresses with a square and a half ( Up to 140cm each). Inside it's empty, so guests must bring everything they need to sleep ( mattress, sleeping bag, pillow...) or they can rent them here at the property. The use of the kitchen is subject to a daily tax of 2 euros.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
