Direkt an der Loipe gelegen, lädt das nachhaltig erbaute Strohhaus zu einem authentischen Erlebnis ein.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Die Suite VALLUGA ist für kurz und längerfristige Aufenthalte sowohl für Familien wie auch für berufstätige Gäste bestens geeignet. Die Wohnung wurde im April 2019 komplett neu erstellt und in einem modernen alpinen Einrichtungsstil gehalten. Auf 80 m² Wohnfläche finden Sie somit alle Einrichtungen einer komplett und luxuriös ausgestatteten Mietwohnung. Die umliegende Gastronomie und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des Dornbirner Zentrums werden Sie mit Sicherheit begeistern!

Im Zentrum vieler Wandergebiete und von 3 Skigebieten (siehe Detail unten), alle per Bus erreichbar. Wohnung mit geschützter Terrasse, ein kleines und ein grösseres Schlafzimmer, Bad, separates WC, Skiraum. Maximal 4 Personen. Kinder jeden Alters gelten als Erwachsene. Bitte bringen Sie Handtücher sowie Kissen- und Deckenbezüge mit. Spannleintücher sind jedoch in der Wohnung. Ski-/Fahrradverleih und Bushaltestelle 100m entfernt. Keine Haustiere.

Mitten in der Natur gelegen

Unser Haus ist nur was für Menschen die wirklich Erholung und Abschalten vom Alltag suchen! Sie liegt inmitten von Bergen, Wiesen und Wäldern. Obwohl sie Sommer wie Winter problemlos erreichbar ist, herrscht in der Nacht vollkommene Ruhe, einzige Lichtquelle sind der Mond und die Sterne. Wir haben uns bewusst gegen WLAN und TV entscheiden. Trotzdem gibt es Handy Empfang und für das Miteinander gibt es Karten,- Würfel- und Gesellschaftsspiele.
