Monthly Rentals in Aubenas

What more can I say than the previous tenants, Patricia and Philippe are charming, available and considerate, it's perfect. They deserve the gold medal!

Our stay went very well, Thibaut was very responsive and the apartment is very nice and very well located!

Recently renovated apartment, comfortable and well-equipped with modern appliances (eg washer/drier, dishwasher, A/C, microwave, stove, fridge/freezer). We could easily cook meals there. A good size for two people. Very good view over the newer parts of Aubenas. Situated in the middle of the historic, pedestrianised part of the town. Supermarket 5 minutes drive away, weekly market 100 metres away, cafés and restaurants nearby. Good Wi-fi and hot water. Not possible to drive your car into the pedestrianised area. I was worried that we wouldn't find parking easily, but in fact we always found a spot in the free parking area 100 metres away. Access is via one single plus one double staircase, so persons of limited mobility might struggle. Rai was friendly and helpful.

Very nice renovated apartment tastefully decorated. Even if there is no parking, it is very easy to park. There is even a charging station nearby. Very nice place to enjoy the beauty of the Ardèche. I would recommend it 😁
