On a quiet street, the house has three levels, a cellar and a garden. It has excellent sunshine. The ground floor includes an equipped kitchen area, dining area, living room and toilet. On the first and second floors, three bedrooms (double beds of 1.60 and 1.80 m – or two single beds – in the two large bedrooms, single bed 80 x 180 and baby bed in the small one). Bathroom on the first floor, with bathtub, sink and toilet. Wi-Fi and TV. Linens provided.

Beautiful and comfortable Normandy house built in 2023. It is quiet in the countryside but not isolated, 2 km from the beaches of Villers-sur-Mer or Houlgate, in the small town of Auberville. It consists of a living/dining room and an equipped kitchen, a bedroom on the ground floor and 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. It is perfect for a family of 2 to 6 people with or without children or with friends. No pets allowed, thank you for your understanding.

Julie and Sébastien offer you a rental house on a nice wooded plot that will allow you to spend pleasant moments. You will find a wooded plot of 4700 m² with an in-ground and heated pool of 8 x 4 and 1.55 deep, in service from mid-April 26. The pool is covered with a secure telescopic cover. You will be able to swim in heated water and under shelter in case of bad weather Please read the rules before booking.
