We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

Notre séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé et nous remercions Ladis pour cela. Nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement à l’aise, l’airbnb était chaleureux et extrêmement proche du stade de france, ce qui est un plus. Ladis était extrêmement rapide avec ses réponses pour quelconques questions que nous avions eu. Je recommande fortement !

Superbe logement, où l'on se sent très bien. L'environnement verdoyant, ainsi que la décoration incitent à la tranquillité, surtout après avoir évolué dans la foule parisienne. La localisation est un parfait compromis pour profiter de Paris et se ressourcer. Nous nous sommes également delectées des choix offerts par la bibliothèque, qui complète à merveille ce petit havre de paix. Nous y avons séjourné en période de canicule et avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes : pas un bruit n'a perturbé nos sommeils. C'est précieux! Un petit ventilateur est disponible et était bienvenue. Merci à Julie qui a été très réactive et très claire dans ses informations, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in dem Studio bei Hamoudy. Alles war super sauber und es wurde alles so vorbereitet, dass einem nichts fehlt. Wir haben jeden Tag gekocht und auch da hat nichts an Equipment gefehlt. Hamoudy hat sogar proaktiv nachgefragt ob wir noch etwas brauchen und uns eine Air Condition angeboten, da es sehr warm war. Die Nachbarschaft fühlt sich Abends/Nachts etwas unsicher an (wir sind zwei junge Mädels), da aber das Tor zu Straße abgeschlossen ist, die Haustüre auch und auch alles Videoüberwacht wird, haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt sobald wir dort waren. Wir haben sogar immer draußen gegessen. Bushaltestelle und Meteo sind in Laufnähe. Mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln braucht man nur ca 45-50min zum Eiffelturm. Das Stade de Frace ist 20 Laufminuten entfernt. Der nächste Lidl 3 Laufminuten. Das größte Lob möchten wir dem Gastgeber Hamoudy geben. Ich hatte wirklich noch nie so einen netten, zuvorkommenden und sofort antwortenden Host. Klare Empfehlung!!!! Danke🫶🏼

In mid-June of 2025, our family of 6 had the privilege of staying several days at Cosy House. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms were clean and well-stocked for our needs. The outdoor patio area was a real plus, proving quite adequate for an evening dinner we hosted, with our family and local area friends. We were very impressed with a binder of information covering both local St. Denis attractions and stores, and attractions in the broader Paris metro area. Joe, the host, had thoughtfully put together and organized the contents of the binder. It was very helpful. Most clear to us was that Joe and her husband Laurent truly wanted us to enjoy our stay, to get the most value for our time in St. Denis and the Paris metro area. For us, they are top-rated hosts. We wouldn't hesitate to choose Cosy House when we next return to the area.

Le logement est fidèle aux photos, très agréable et joliment décoré, nous avons apprécié le calme, un vrai petit havre de paix. La proximité de notre lieu de travail a été pour nous un réel plus! ( 200 m) et une raison de notre choix . Nous recommandons

Karim was incredibly kind and responsive — communication was clear and easy from start to finish, which I really appreciated. The listing is definitely on the more affordable end, and while that’s reflected in the condition of the space, it worked for a short, budget-friendly stay. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and don’t mind a very basic setup, it does the job. Thanks again to the host for being so helpful and welcoming!

Just had a lovely 2 night stay at Boris’ place. Perfect location for Stade de Paris (20 min walk) and only a 5 min train to central Paris. Local supermarket and patisserie and the train station is only a 5 min walk. The place was spotless, quiet and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you Boris.

This is a very convenient place for a work stay at reasonable price. It is well provided with internet and cooking facilities, in a private secure area. It is located at walking distances from various public transportation (buses, T11 etc..) that can transport you in many places in Paris and around. It is also at a walking distance from supermarkets. Finally, Haroon is an exceptional host, very friendly and always trying to help.

Definitivamente es un lugar que vale mucho la pena quedarse, aunque puede parecer pequeño, la organización de las cosas lo hacen verdaderamente y la cantidad de cosas que puede encontrar en el alojamiento, me encantó!!! Definitivamente volvería!!!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich und modern ausgestattet. Es war sehr heiß in Paris, als wir dort waren. Als wir das Apartment erreicht hatten liefen zwei Ventilatoren, was sehr schön und erfrischend war. Tolle Handtücher, einen Föhn und ein paar nützliche Paris-Infos lagen bereit.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Absolutely enjoyed staying at Jonathan’s place. Awesome interior with lots of natural light. The views are epic as well. Communication was clear and straight on point.
