Monthly Rentals in Aubing-Lochhausen-Langwied

We stayed in this beautiful attic apartment for a week and felt very comfortable! It is beautifully bright, spacious and superbly equipped. The bus stop is around the corner, so you can easily get to the S-Bahn and towards the city center. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice time in Peter's apartment. Peter is very nice and always responded quickly. He even got our little daughter a high chair and a cot. The apartment is very nice, clean, large and modern. There was enough space for 4 adults and a child. The kitchen is super equipped and the Nespresso coffee machine is great, a dishwasher would be desirable. The washing machine is optimal with a small child (a clothes rack would be good). The bedroom in the attic can get very warm, but there is a ceiling fan and an air conditioner. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back when we go to Munich.

Great stay with super nice people. Johann and his wife welcomed us very kindly and were very flexible at check-in. A great, very clean apartment that was perfect for our stay. Really highly recommended!!!! ;-)

Alina was absolutely amazing. Hands down the best Airbnb host I’ve ever stayed with. From the moment we arrived, everything felt incredibly welcoming. She had baked fresh cookies for us and stocked the fridge with ice-cold beers – such a thoughtful touch! On top of that, she provided breakfast essentials including bread, cereal, jams, juice, and coffee. It really felt like a home away from home. The apartment itself looked even better than the pictures – clean, cozy, and beautifully prepared. I had accidentally booked for 4 people instead of 6, and when Alina noticed, she went out of her way to fix it immediately. She brought extra bedding, towels, and even more beer – completely unprompted. She’s one of the friendliest and most generous hosts you could hope for. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
