Large, fully equipped dream house with 8 rooms in a safe and quiet villa area near Munich. The main train station, Oktoberfest, and Munich city center are 15 minutes away. The garden is very large and fully equipped with a grill, lounge furniture, and a hot tub. Sauna. An inflatable bouncy castle for children can be booked on request. Supermarket, bakery, S-Bahn, playgrounds, and city park are a 5-minute walk away. Lake Starnberg is 15 minutes away - sauna and whirlpool available for a small surcharge (electricity costs).

My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.
