In the heart of a wooded and landscaped flower park of 4 hectares, this family house is located in an exceptional real estate complex enjoying an incredible sea view from the park. The Norman farmhouse-style building offers flawless comfort.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Complete and functional house, all you have to do is put your bags down! The house is well exposed to enjoy the outdoors, good grills and its large wooden terrace. Not overlooked, you will have a view of nature. 15 minutes from the sea (Pourville, Dieppe, Sainte Marguerite sur Mer), you can enjoy walks and sports activities such as kite surfing or surfing.
