Our unique artistic family townhouse offers a lot of space on 2 floors for relaxation and creative activities in a green, quiet neighborhood. The 2 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and have a balcony. The spacious kitchen and living room area are located on the ground floor, with access to the cosy sunny winter garden and the green private yard ideal for outside yoga and sunbathing. The house is directly connected to urban public transport. Free parking is available in front of the house.

Our house is the perfect starting point for relaxing days in Salzburg: quietly located in a side street, three separate bedrooms each with a double bed, modern living room, perfectly equipped kitchen, a small but fine garden overlooking the countryside and two covered parking spaces. Self-contained apartment for up to 4 people

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2 room basement apartment (kitchen-living room with pull-out daybed, bedroom with waterbed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location of the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

Quiet house near the park!

Quiet and beautiful house in the 22nd district of Vienna, near to the park, fresh air, pleasant walks . Easy access to public transportation . The bus stop is 120 m from the house and the metro station is ~ 12 min by bus. Up to 6 peoples can stay in the 3 bedrooms located on the 1st and 2nd floor with a large living room on the ground floor for a comfortable living ( equipped kitchen , WiFi , cleaning iRobot , washer , dryer , drinking water filter) .

Cottage Bergblick Planai

My place is close to the Planai West gondola station - approx. 5 minutes by ski bus, there is a great view, a private sauna in the house, a small garden with barbecue, coziness, comfortable beds, a kitchen. My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and large groups. Guests can also use a "electricity filling station" directly at the house for free! Pets are welcome! You pay a surcharge of €15,- / night per pet.

With this house, we have met a long-held family space and set it up with a lot of passion. We hope that the homey feeling that we always have here will also be transferred to our guests. In summer, our house is the starting point for walking and swimming at the nearby lake. In winter, the ski resort Reither Kogel is very close (10min walk). With the ski bus or your own car it is about 10 minutes to the ski area Alpbachtal/Wildschönau.
