Ce gite de 70m2 se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine entièrement équipée, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur congélateur, etc... Vous aurez une salle de bain avec baignoire ainsi qu'un WC séparé. Les 2 chambres avec vue sur le parc arboré sont équipées de rangement et penderie, un canapé lit 2 personnes pourra servir de couchage supplémentaire. Terrasse privative de 50m2 avec jacuzzi (2 nuits minimum )

Le Refuge du Loir

Petite maison de montagne située à 86O mètres d’altitude au cœur d'un projet écologique. Le Refuge du Loir se trouve à 40 mètres de notre maison et on y accède par un chemin privé depuis le parking. Il y a une très grande terrasse pour profiter de la vue et du soleil et tout ce dont vous avez besoin à l'intérieur pour passer un bon séjour ! PS: Suite à de nombreux commentaires négatifs vis-à-vis du chemin, nous précisons qu'il s'agit d'un chemin cabossé mais praticable en voiture!

Spacious 7 bedrooms. Situated in the Auvergne close to the volcanoes. There are plenty of activities, lakes, swimming, fishing etc close to. At the property heated swimming pool, snooker room, mezzanine, cinema, with over 100 dvds, (functions with Wifi &USB). Outside summer kitchen, plancha, 2 fridge/ freezer/ sinks/BBQ (also fully equipped interior kitchen). Garden table sits 20 people, patio, play area, childrens toys. Weekends all day Sunday included.
