Holiday rentals with beach access in Avalon

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

Will was a very responsive host and had great recommendations for the area. Just be aware that since this is an attached space to the next-door neighbors, the sound from upstairs is a bit prominent like footsteps/loud sound. Couple of knick knacks like the shower door and fridge door were to be fixed, but that was acknowledged to be repaired. Otherwise, I would love to stay here again.

April was amazing!! Super helpful and the place was just perfect. If we stop by this way again we are definitely going to rent this place out. Pictures don’t do it justice and it is perfect for walking to the beach, shopping or just grilling outside.

David was an amazing host and very attentive to detail. His place was beautiful and very clean. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very communicative. The apartment is right next to the beach and in a quiet Neighborhood. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning soon.

Loved our stay here. It was clean and conveniently located to coffee, food, and beach. The apartment was very well decorated with a comfy bed. We loved the air conditioner and it was surprisingly pretty quiet. Danny was very easy and communicated well and timely. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time here! Easy to get to and we got lucky with the parking. Being so close to the beach usually has parking issues but it was not bad. It was clean and the perfect size. Appreciate the coffee, sugars and creamers. The windows were opened when we arrived so it was already pretty cool inside and only used the ceiling fans at night. It’s a very quiet area so we slept great in the very comfortable bed. Very happy to have all the beach necessities there. That was one of the reasons I chose this home. Loved having the kayaks to go around the bay looking at all the pretty beach homes. Just steps to the bay and the beach on the other side. Walking on the beach and then watching the sun set was beautiful. Would totally stay there again. Thank you John.

Perfect spot for our needs. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, grocery, and shops yet secluded and private. Darla was super helpful and responsive and helped make our first trip to the area a good experience.

It was great experience the only challenge was of course parking. I would have liked to be able to use the garage to park my vehicle. I ended up getting a ticket on the street.

This house is in an amazing spot. Restaurants and bars are close by. Walkable to the beach. I loved the automation in the house and everything was how it was described. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

I really enjoyed my weekend stay here in Belmont. The location is absolutely perfect with lots of good food and drinks around. The house was super clean and looked even better in person. Loved the location on the peninsula. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants and really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop deck. Beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful also to have the garage for our car and e-bikes since parking is such a challenge in that area. Appreciated our host being available for any questions on arrival and throughout our stay. Hope to visit again!

Great location. Clean. We asked for an ironing board and it was delivered within a few hours. She was very responsive and friendly. Plenty of room in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. We would stay here again. I recommend this house for your next stay in Huntington Beach!

Blake is great host. Easy to communicate and quick response. House is clean and has balcony with beautiful view. And having golf cart he let us use was really helpful, we used for going to town and going around the island scenic route.

You can't beat the view. The unit is very spacious and we felt like there were many good memories made there over the years. We definitely made some great ones. .I could definitely see a larger group doing well there. The stair are real, so I would not suggest for older or impaired guests. The property amenities are all kept beautifully and the golf cart seats 6. The private beach was perfect and unexpected. Town was less than a 5min golf cart ride. We look forward to another visit.

It was a great stay, the condo was beautiful, bedrooms were very comfy. The Bellanca hotel staffs, especially the girls on the reception were super friendly and communicative! I had lots of questions, they always answered me and responded my inquiries excellently! Special thanks to them, I was able to check in earlier! The location is very good, close to the pool and the beach. The only thing I would recommend to upgrade their golf cart and kitchen utensils. Otherwise it was a great experience staying at the condo along with my husband and two kids!

Lauren was a great host, she was responsive and took care of all the questions/concerns we had. The place is amazing, it has a great view that we took advantage of while having coffee in the morning on the balcony. The apartment complex is well maintained, clean and people are respectful. We had zero issues with noise or bad behaviors. The photos of the place don’t do it justice, would recommend taking sunset photos and figure out how to take them with good lighting. The golf cart was a very practical addition, we used it to pick/drop the luggage (the backseat folds into a flatbed), get groceries and go to different places in the island. We were a bit paranoid about the fuel consumption and tank capacity (since there is no fuel level indicators) but after a couple of drives we figured it out. The tank is under the front seat on the passenger side. The lights are a knob you have to pull on the dashboard next to the key. It takes a bit of driving to get used to the cart (newbies here)

There were a lot of stairs getting up so make sure to have good knees! The view was worth it! Very private and peaceful. Tom was always responsive and check-in was a breeze. Golf Cart was included was a plus!

Lamont and the staff were so friendly with great tips on things to do around the island. The property is breathtaking & steps away from the private beach, pool and gym. The golf cart included with the condo was seriously a lifesaver we explored the entire island with ease and sits 6 people. Bring a portable speaker for music on the go. The entire condo is pure luxe & so quiet and peaceful. The shower and kitchen design are my favorites- simply beautiful. Felt right at home!

Messa and Rosey were wonderful hosts! We loved our stay, everything we needed was walking distance. Our stay was pleasant, great views, comfortable beds. We will definitely come back and hopefully it’s available.

The condo was exactly as shown and Blake is easily one of the most friendly and helpful hosts I've encountered and was responsive and accommodating when asked for assistance and information. Ideal condo for a comfortable family stay with no real negatives.
