Great place to stay, doesn’t appear that it gets rented often, no soap, and limited amenities. Host wasn’t quick to respond, but overall great views and great location.

It was a great experience I love the house it’s very comfortable and cozy. The hill was steep to get up to the house but it’s a great place to be at and it is close by the store which is great to get groceries. 😁

The view from the porch on this place is amazing!!! House was nice too. Only thing was that the front door knob does not work. Thank goodness that there are 2 other doors and we were able to get in that way.

It’s about a 10 min walk to the city center. There are a couple of good restaurants and a grocery nearby. The unit is close to the pool. It was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. We were very happy with our stay.

It was a nice place to stay, walking distance to the beach and All the restaurants. We have had issues with bathroom plumbing which was taken care by them at the earliest. By the time we came back it was all taken care of.

Decent stay! Heads up to those who gets hot easily that there is no AC. There was one floor fan and one ceiling fan. Other than that, until was okay

Great place. Location is very convenient. Spotlessly clean. Everything seems to be brand new. Hosts are perfect. Will definitely return.

I definitely recommend Trung’s place in Westminster/Huntington Beach. When I first booked I was a bit nervous not knowing address till few days before arrival, but it’s definitely an easy place to get to and felt safe. Upon arrival it was odd to find the door was already unlocked, but that was on the cleaning crew for not checking. I made sure to notify team. We asked for early arrival and they were accommodating, which was amazing! When we arrived the only “issue” we encounter was not having a high chair and crib like stated. But turns out previous renters broke them. Trung and his team were SO kind to replace the crib that same night and ship the high chair next morning. We even encountered a mishap where we locked ourselves out, but as gracious as the team is they were able to have doors unlocked for when we got back home later in the day. Overall the home is spacious, safe, and clean compared to many other properties! The team works together to ensure the BEST for your stay!

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

We loved our stay at the Tranquil Lotus! The location was perfect - super close to the beach and within walking distance of Main St which has many restaurants, shops, and bars. The home had everything we could need - extra toothbrushes in the bathrooms, enough beach towels for all of our guests, toys for kids, and a fully stocked kitchen. They even left us a sweet welcome gift! The home was very quiet and the space (and beds!) was very comfortable. Check in and check out instructions were clear, and we had no issues getting in nor did we have any issues communicating with Andrew and the Wanderlove team. They were even so kind as to let us check in a bit early. Would highly recommend a stay at the Tranquil Lotus!!

We had the best time on our trip! It is the perfect home in the perfect location. Kristi is a great host. We will definitely book again.

Was looking for a stay for a couple of days in that area. The Trader Joe’s around the corner was a nice bonus.

We enjoyed our stay on Balboa Island. My family has rented many homes on the island. This rental was one of the best! Clean, comfortable, great view and quiet! Just what we were looking for!

Blake is great host. Easy to communicate and quick response. House is clean and has balcony with beautiful view. And having golf cart he let us use was really helpful, we used for going to town and going around the island scenic route.

Our stay was everything we had hoped a more. The location was exactly what we wanted. The community is a 3 minute golf car ride away from Avalon. We enjoyed the pool, spa and the amazing views from the deck. We enjoyed being in Hamilton Cove, the setting made it seem like we were in our own little private island. The space was plenty big for our family of 6. We had 4 teenagers with us. 2 slept on their own individual sofa sleeper and the other two shared a queen bed, while the parents had their own master bed/ bath. There were plenty of bedding and covers. They supplied us with hotel size soap, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen came equipped with all the essentials, including a collection of spices. There was a coffee maker, but we had to buy coffee grounds at the town Vons. The golf cart sat all 6 of us comfortably. It was so nice to have access to our own cart. Some of favorite activities we enjoyed were the aerial rope course and the helicopter tour of the island.

This air bnb was so dreamy and relaxing. I will definitely be back! It felt like I was in Santorini.. perfect place for my honeymoon. We had a great time. The only thing I did not like was that the balcony had no privacy. Other than that it was AMAZING. I definitely recommend.

You can't beat the view. The unit is very spacious and we felt like there were many good memories made there over the years. We definitely made some great ones. .I could definitely see a larger group doing well there. The stair are real, so I would not suggest for older or impaired guests. The property amenities are all kept beautifully and the golf cart seats 6. The private beach was perfect and unexpected. Town was less than a 5min golf cart ride. We look forward to another visit.

Lauren was a great host, she was responsive and took care of all the questions/concerns we had. The place is amazing, it has a great view that we took advantage of while having coffee in the morning on the balcony. The apartment complex is well maintained, clean and people are respectful. We had zero issues with noise or bad behaviors. The photos of the place don’t do it justice, would recommend taking sunset photos and figure out how to take them with good lighting. The golf cart was a very practical addition, we used it to pick/drop the luggage (the backseat folds into a flatbed), get groceries and go to different places in the island. We were a bit paranoid about the fuel consumption and tank capacity (since there is no fuel level indicators) but after a couple of drives we figured it out. The tank is under the front seat on the passenger side. The lights are a knob you have to pull on the dashboard next to the key. It takes a bit of driving to get used to the cart (newbies here)

There were a lot of stairs getting up so make sure to have good knees! The view was worth it! Very private and peaceful. Tom was always responsive and check-in was a breeze. Golf Cart was included was a plus!

Lamont and the staff were so friendly with great tips on things to do around the island. The property is breathtaking & steps away from the private beach, pool and gym. The golf cart included with the condo was seriously a lifesaver we explored the entire island with ease and sits 6 people. Bring a portable speaker for music on the go. The entire condo is pure luxe & so quiet and peaceful. The shower and kitchen design are my favorites- simply beautiful. Felt right at home!

This is a high end remodel. Brand new golf cart. Community is slacking a bit, but this is the best place to stay at on the island. Fun getaway. Highly recommend.
