Kim was very responsive through the app and email. Allowing early use of the cart and letting us drop off our bags early were thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Roya’s home. First, the home is lovely and is in an amazing area. We loved how walkable it was to coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. The outside patio with the fire pit and the large amount of seating was great. My husband and I were with our 2 daughters (ages 24 and 27) and their spouse and significant other. The 3 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom was perfect. Personally we loved that the lights turned off (only during the daytime and only after 2 hours). Seems like a great way to conserve some energy if they aren’t needed and if they are needed it is easy enough to turn them back on. I would love to have them in our home! We also enjoyed the tile throughout the updated, upscale home. So much easier to keep clean. We found Roya to be very helpful and leave very detailed instructions. We also loved the local art she had on the 2nd floor. It truly is a lovely home in a great area. I recommend it highly and can’t wait to return.

Great place

Loved the space, having two bedrooms was perfect, the living space was a good size, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The balcony is wide and has a beautiful view of the whole harbor, with two seating areas (including an umbrella), and a grill. The washer/dryer right outside the unit was very helpful. The harbor-facing bedroom does get a lot of sun in the morning and, though the windows have full shades, I’d recommend a sleep mask (I slept great). The golf cart was indispensable and reliable though as other reviewers mentioned it’s been around the block a bit and can be clunky to operate. We messaged Tom once with an appliance issue (entirely due to our own ignorance; nothing wrong with it!) and he immediately responded. Check in and check out were straightforward. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and organized. Had all the “ extras” needed for a family getaway.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Helmut’s place and it was just as awesome as it was before. Wife and I had a wonderful time and Helmut helped us with a later checkout. Great hosts, great location. No complaints!

Great place to stay. Walking distance to the beach was 2 min. Great amenities for the beach and great assortment of bikes. Loved the beach chairs and umbrellas. Place was very clean. Definitely would stay there again.

Such an affordable place to stay for the incredible location! The amenities of a balcony and a washer/dryer were very helpful. The host also had plenty of beach gear to use, so we had everything we needed for a beach day!

The unit had everything we need for our 3 day stay. The A/C unit was a definite bonus at night for sleeping. All upgrades were well done and appreciated for our quick stay. The location was perfect for us and very walkable (10 min walk). There is a park just down the street that was perfect our dog. The beach just across the blvd is less than a 5 min walk and from where the unit is located, noise from the blvd was not an issue. Very quiet location. Would definitely stay again!

Jay’s place was a perfect spot on Newport Peninsula. We walked everywhere ! Beach only 5 min walk down the street. We loved it was right across the street from Pavilions grocery, lots of places to eat and also Lido Marina! Location perfect, clean, lots of space, loved the 3 bedrooms & 2 baths and big kitchen! We will be back for sure! Great spot for my family! Thank you Jay! 🌟👏🙌❤️😘

We loved our stay here. You really can't beat the location as it's walking distance to everything you can imagine. We traveled with 3 small kids and I can't tell you how convenient it was to have a playground a couple hundred feet away. Beds were comfy, the place was clean, and we enjoyed sitting on The patio enjoying the view. My only feedback is around the propane tank for the Firepit. It ran our day 1 and we were told the condo doesn't supply propane for guests. Kinda a bummer but it was easy to swap out at Pavillions down the street. Also, if you're here longer than a night, you'll have to supply your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. None of these were a deal breaker but felt others should know when booking. Loved this place and would even book it again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Margaret’s place! The location is perfect…2 blocks to Main Street and 2 blocks to the beach. Very easy to get in, and we loved having a garage parking spot for our car. We used the bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels, which made for a lovely stay near the beach. We would definitely recommend this place, and will hopefully be back in the future!!

We just had an amazing week long vacation for our family of 5 at Sean's place. It had everything we needed and more! Just a few steps from the beach and Sean's place has all the amenities and beach accessories you'd need! (Bonus: the beach location is near the end of Newport beach, a bit quieter and less busy than main part of the beach). We had a great time and would highly recommend!

We had an alternate booking cancel less than 24 hours of arrival so I was in a panic to find something dog friendly. John responded immediately to my booking request and was very helpful. The place ended up being a great location a block from the beach and just a walk to lots of great food. Very clean. Thank you!

My daughter and I had the perfect weekend stay at Ryan’s! The pictures don’t do it justice. Also the pool is salt water which was a huge plus for me, I have very sensitive skin so that was a nice bonus😊 we def will be back!
