Villa holiday rentals in Avalon

We already miss the plush bedding and pillows! As soon as you walk in the house the smell was just so so good! For me that’s a winner! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We will definitely love to stay at Kristie’s again. Thank you!

We were celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday. Girls trip. The place was amazing! So very beautiful. The furnishings,like the dining table and table in the living room also the headboards in both bedrooms were spectacular! The views were awesome from every room. Our local contact person was Ana and she was very helpful during our stay, especially the night we locked ourselves out on the patio!! She rushed right over and was very nice to us , when she could’ve been irritated with our interruption of her evening. But she greeted us with a beautiful smile and kindness. The location is great, we liked being the short distance from the main shopping and restaurants. It was just a short golf cart ride to get there, but far enough away to feel relaxing and peaceful at the day’s end. All in all we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Im so glad I found it

Great place! Clean and tastefully decorated. Many little extras provided to make you feel like you’re at home (coffee filters, beach towels, and even some snacks)! The complex pool is nice, uncrowded and only steps away. Great instructions on everything from this super responsive host. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you!

They were such amazing hosts!! So responsive, they quickly answered all of our questions and were happy to do so! It was such a relaxing stay with beautiful views and the golf cart was super useful!!

We loved our stay at Roya’s home. First, the home is lovely and is in an amazing area. We loved how walkable it was to coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. The outside patio with the fire pit and the large amount of seating was great. My husband and I were with our 2 daughters (ages 24 and 27) and their spouse and significant other. The 3 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom was perfect. Personally we loved that the lights turned off (only during the daytime and only after 2 hours). Seems like a great way to conserve some energy if they aren’t needed and if they are needed it is easy enough to turn them back on. I would love to have them in our home! We also enjoyed the tile throughout the updated, upscale home. So much easier to keep clean. We found Roya to be very helpful and leave very detailed instructions. We also loved the local art she had on the 2nd floor. It truly is a lovely home in a great area. I recommend it highly and can’t wait to return.

Such a great location, he usually stay around this area for our family trips to CDM and this was gold.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa on Catalina Island! The property was clean and the view was breathtaking! The location was perfect-peaceful and private, yet just a short golf cart ride to town. What stood out was how incredibly accommodating Rimas’s was for my wheelchair accessibility needs. Catalina Island isn’t very wheelchair accessible but we made it manage. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

I had a great stay! I booked the villas for a smaller grad celebration for the night. Sara was very accommodating for our plans and quick to respond. The property was great, even better than the photos. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. It was the perfect night retreat!

Overall, we had a great stay here. The location is perfect, and the golf cart made experiencing Catalina easy and fun! The view from the unit is incredible. Lamont was communicative and responsive. There were a few things which in no way spoiled our time there but should be addressed. Not all windows open due to broken mechanisms, and the shower pressure and hot water were weak at best, but only for the shower, so I think it could be easily addressed. But, having morning coffee on the deck, easy access via the golf cart to restaurants, hiking, the beach, and everything else Avalon has to offer, it was an enjoyable stay.

Perfect location in Terranea. Amazing unobstructed ocean views. Full access to everything the resort has to offer. No different than booking through the hotel but better priced. Daily housekeeping was included.

Anna was amazing! Very communicative. On Terranea side - housekeeping missed a broken glass (?!) on the edge of the tub. And we did not get early check in sadly - we knew it was not guaranteed, but unit was empty at 12 and despite Terranea saying they were working it, we did not get in until official check in at 4pm. But unit was terrific!

Beautiful views! Perfect spot at the resort. Highly recommend!
