Meraviglioso rustico duplex, incastonato nel nucleo di Avegno, offre pace e silenzio. All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

Euer eigener Weiler: 2 Rustici an der Verzasca

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Tipica casa rurale ticinese interamente in pietra, completamente ristrutturata. Arredata con semplicità per essere confortevole e accogliente. Situata a Dunzio, piccolo paesino all’inizio della Vallemaggia, raggiungibile tramite strada forestale ad una corsia, che costeggia la montagna soprastante il paese di Aurigeno. Luogo di partenza per escursioni a piedi e per gli amanti della montagna. Qui potrete godere di tranquillità e pace immersi nella natura con una splendida vista sulla vallata.

Die Ferienwohnungen sind in Gordevio, eingangs des Maggiatals gelegen. Malerisch und ruhig eingebettet gleich neben dem idyllischen kleinen Fluss Briee und unterhalb des Spiel und Sportplatzes von Gordevio liegt das 1969 im Tessinerstil erbaute Anwesen, das 2018 total modernisiert und neu möbliert worden ist. Es freut uns, die bisher hauptsächlich privat genutzte Ferienwohnunge, studio rubino mit 2 Zimmern und 40 m2 Wohnfläche, nun frei vermieten zu können.
