Beach apartment holiday rentals in Avila Beach

We had a lovely time in Oceano. The condo was cute and had everything we needed. And Amber was super communicative and friendly. Absolutely no complaints!

It was a beautiful and cozy place. Loved it .

Enjoyed every moment of our girls weekend getaway! Loved the view to the beach and watching the waves come in and people pass by…we parked our car in the garage and didn’t move it all weekend. We walked to the restaurants located steps away from the unit and enjoyed every bite we had - calamari and chowder at Schooners, waffles and breakfast tacos at Hidden Kitchen, and delicious fresh donuts and fritters from Surf Rat. We meandered through the antique stores and enjoyed a good night’s sleep at the end of each day in the comfy beds. Can’t wait to go back!

What a beautiful stay- close to the water, views of the rock, walkable to food spots. It was also very clean and spacious. Especially loved the rooftop dining area! Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved my stay at Amber’s place! The beach is right down the street, and the space felt perfect in size. It’s just like a master bedroom! I’m so glad there were coat hangers, and a dresser because I always overpack and had a ton of clothes I didn’t want wrinkled. I will definitely be coming back!

This was a great place for us to stay for the night! It was amazing just being able to walk to the ocean and not have to find parking and such. There was a slight issue with the laundry being full when we were trying to use it which the host assisted with so all was good! The personal touches were nice!

Great house that had everything we needed. Close to everything and the garage was a great bonus. Everyone was so helpful and worked with us wonderfully. I wish every rental would go as smoothly. Highly recommended.

The rental company was really responsive and proactively checked in on us. The apartment is quite basic but the location was fabulous. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk, monarch butterfly grove and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The trash cans were hard to find but the company emailed us a map right away.

Property is clean, private and quiet. Location is perfect for beach and local amenities. The drive to SLO, Pismo area and local wineries is very easy. Terri is very responsive and helpful to any questions. We will return.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo! The condo was clean and exactly as discribed, and the views were amazing and it was easy to get to the beach. It was also close enough to walk to many of the restaurants and shops, but still was far enough away to still feel like you had privacy, and the beach never got too busy. We also loved that this area was super dog friendly. If you enjoy the small town atmosphere and amazing views, I would highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay in Pismo, easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Convenient, clean.

We have stayed at this location before. The condo meets all our needs. Having the elevator to reach the second floor location of the condo is essential for my son who has a walking challenge. The kitchen is well stocked so that we could cook some meals. The location is perfect with the ocean so close we could hear the waves. Lots of things to do within walking distance. This is our happy place.

We had a lovely stay. A couple of little bumps (no coffee pot, not enough toilet paper) but the unit is lovely, the views are spectacular. We really enjoyed our time!

Had issues with the smoke detector low battery, they sent a repair guy right away & took care of the issue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the rooftop hot tub views! Very clean and perfect for what we needed. Close walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

The condo was beautiful and truly couldn’t be a better location! It was literally steps to the beach! I REALLY appreciated the quality kitchen items - pots pans, etc. sharp knives.. all of the things that can really hit or miss with Air BNBs. The beds were all comfortable and everything was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be returning!

We love this place, location, service and hospitality! This is our second stay and we loved every second of it! This house is perfect in every way! We enjoyed our daughter’s graduation weekend at Cal Poly and had time to relax and enjoy our time at the beach! It was a perfect getaway! Thank you! Beautiful, cute & cozy. Enjoyed listening to the ocean in the evenings on the patio. Avila🏖️ has always had our 💕. Looking forward to staying at this home again!

First time staying here and it was great. The place is close to everything, farmer markets (Friday only), restaurants, little shops, and the beach. It’s quiet and peaceful at night after 9 pm, which is really good. The home is spacious and clean with all the amenities listed. We would definitely return here if we visit Avila Beach again.

Terri's condo is a lovely spot right in the middle of Avila Beach. Although central to all there is to do there, it is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck off the kitchen in the mornings with our coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. The set up is great for 4 people and ok, if a little cramped, for 5 or 6 (two on a pull-out couch). The condo is nicely equipped for cooking meals and for time on the beach, with chairs, umbrellas and beach toys provided, and having garage parking is very nice. It is very clean and comfortable!
