Monthly Rentals in Avoca

This place is fantastic but I'm afraid to say so because it might become really popular! We loved the country setting with close access to everything. We loved the chickens in the yard. The hot tub was such a bonus. The clean, uncluttered home was truly appreciated after a long day of driving with three kids. When we asked if they might, by chance, have a pull-up for our little one, they ran right over immediately. I certainly didn't expect that level of care. Thank you so much Levi and Carole Lee!

The living quarters were spacious and spotless. Joe was very friendly and quick to communicate when we had questions.

I stayed here for a long-term work trip and had such a wonderful experience. The space was cozy, clean, and felt like a true home away from home. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to the square and close to The Momentary—perfect for exploring during downtime. Todd and Alyson went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, even picking up groceries before I arrived and providing little touches like a kettle and extra mirrors to make the space feel more like home. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference, and I’m so grateful for their hospitality. The kitchen was also incredibly well-stocked, which made cooking during my stay so easy. Parking with easy and always available. I’d absolutely stay again - thank you to you both!

This is my second time staying here. It’s perfect. Quiet, clean and near anything you may want/need. Nadine & Byron are great hosts. Responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommendation. Will stay again if I can get it!
