One of my favorite airbnbs I have found. Perfect for families, the complex amenities were so nice we literally swam for like 4 hours during dusk. All instructions were crystal clear and nothing was a surprise. Would 10/10 recommend and will for sure come here again when in the Orlando area again.

Candy and I enjoyed an awesome Sebring vacation thanks in large part to our stay in Alice’s villa. The location is great … shopping, golf, and really good restaurants are near-by. The villa was neat and well laid out and that makes for an efficient and cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and lounging the around pool…. This was our second stay here and we are very much looking forward to our third !!!

Wow—what an incredible stay! Traveling all the way from Australia, we were a little nervous booking accommodation overseas, but Michelle made everything so easy and stress-free. Her place is absolutely beautiful—just like the photos online. The beds were stunning and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were abundant, thoughtfully arranged, and nothing was overlooked. The shower speaker was a fantastic touch—easy to connect and a real bonus. The washing machine and dryer were simple to use and made our stay even more convenient. Michelle’s communication and service were outstanding; nothing was ever too much trouble. Very thankful and highly recommend Michelle’s place!

I had an amazing time staying here. It had everything as described. Area was quiet and the house was beautiful. The host greeted me upon check in and was super friendly and helpful with all my questions. I definitely would stay here again.

We stayed here for a wedding in Lakeland and it was perfect for our trip! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as listed. Yaricel was very responsive and super accommodating with our early check-in request, which made things so much easier. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

I’ve stayed at one of Marla’s other properties and was grateful to book this one. This unit is tucked away, yet secure and convenient to several lakes, restaurants, and the FSU campus. The unit lives up to its eclectic name with a unique combination of traditional and modern touches. For example, the bathroom boasts luxe towels, claw foot bathtub ans and an LED mirror. The wi-fi and smart TV make it easy to wind down after a busy day or delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen. The property provides privacy and convenient parking which is fantastic for solo travelers or couples. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or multiple weeks, you’ll enjoy this cozy home away from home.

My guys used this place as a base camp for some work in the nearby state forest. They really enjoyed their stay and the quiet, laid back atmosphere. Alexeis was very responsive and easy to work with. We weren't sure on our final day of work and she was flexible in allowing us to stay longer if needed. Overall great experience.

Second time we have booked Cathy’s place; in town for lacrosse tournament. It was as good as the first time, and we love that the kids can walk across the street and hang out by the water. It’s also nice being so close to the boat rental down the street. Cathy’s place is stocked with everything you would need for your stay, including k-cups and beach towels.

Our family was in town for a sports tournament. We really enjoyed our stay at Ciara’s. Beautiful, quiet and peaceful with a lake view. We enjoyed the evenings on the Adirondack chairs by the water. The kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds and clean linens. We hope to return next year.

It was my first time using this service. It was an awesome stay. We were able to do wash when needed. Each of us had a room. The lake view was spectacular to look at in the morning. I plan on staying here the next trip I take to Sebring. Thanks Nicole for everything Sincerely John

We absolutely loved this home! Brought me back to going to the lake when I was a kid. There is no reason to leave the house once you arrive. The amenities are extensive and the view is spectacular. Our grandson learned to cast, using the provided fishing poles, and spent hours on the dock fishing. The fire-pit was a wonderful place to enjoy family time. Everything we needed to cook was provided in the house as well as a grill outside. We just loved this home!

Tony was very responsive with 2 issues, the thermostat and an ironing board. He quickly responded to our concerns. The unit was clean, comfortable and very well located for our purposes. Plenty of linens, and things you need when you first arrive were provided. The washer and dryer were difficult to understand - while like every other appliance it was easy to turn them on but they didn’t automatically turn off. The dryer was extremely slow. A great tv, a super patio, comfy furniture. We enjoyed our stay and will eagerly return!

Ivette was a great host. She was very responsive to all messages and very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. The villa was very nice recently remodel and very homey. My company has a shop in the area and I travel down frequently and stay at hotels but will definitely be booking again as this more like home than just a place to stay.

The condo was nicely updated and well equipped. Trevor was the best host we have had - very helpful. He makes a great ambassador for Sebring, which is like a taste of a quiet, southern hometown.

John and Lori made our trip a dream! We had a busy trip planned with lots of daily activities and we needed no-nonsense lodging. They knocked it out of the park! They took all the guess-work out of the check-in process, had an excellent list of amenities, and helped make our stay stress-free with their prompt and clear communications. If you need a quiet, beautiful location to rest while visiting the Lakeland area, I cannot recommend them enough. I look forward to staying at their place again!

We stayed over the weekend at Westgate River Ranch Rodeo and had an amazing experience. Judith was absolutely wonderful, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, beautifully organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. We went with our family and had an incredible time — it was the perfect little mini-vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This was our second time renting with Judith, and once again, she exceeded our expectations. She is truly an outstanding host. Thank you, Judith, for everything. We can’t wait to come back soon!

It was overall an amazing experience for our family to be able to tuck away at Brittanys place we all enjoyed it every minute of it!

Bozena's condo was a peaceful and serene place surrounded by moss-draped oak trees and towering magnolias in bloom. The soaring pine ceilings and high windows made it seem even more spacious. Walls of very sturdy sliding glass doors cover both the living room and bedroom, leading to a gigantic screened in porch with comfy chairs. Plenty of pillows are provided on the two large living room couches and the two double beds. The kitchen is superbly equipped with good dishes, glassware and all you need to cook a healthy meal. I was delighted to find a milk frother next to the coffee maker for my tall foaming cafe au lait!
