We are located in the historic centre of Lagrasse ‘village classé’ listed among the most beautiful of France. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Martin Lys, in the Upper Aude Valley, this small village house embodies the authenticity and charm of Occitan rural life. Backed by mountainsides, between steep gorges and green forests, classified in the Corbières Fenouillèdes Regional Natural Park, it offers a peaceful and preserved living environment, away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. An invitation to slow down and enjoy the simple beauty of life in the Corbières.

A little piece of paradise - Pyrénées

This gîte has a gorgeous private garden with views of the distant Pyrénées. This stunning glass fronted gîte comes with it's own terrace where you can soak up the sun. It has a summer kitchen, perfect for outdoor dining. Inside you'll find an open-planned space equipped with modern kitchen, lounge and dining area. There are two double bedrooms - one separate with views of the garden and countryside, the other on a mezzanine level, please note that there is a low beam in this area.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Garden Apartment

A bright airy spacious apartment. Two bedrooms both en suite. Bed 1 has a Queen Bed and also a small balcony overlooking the garden and decked area. Bed 2 has a double and a single bed. Private Secure Parking - wireless Internet - wood stove for winter lettings. Welcome pack on arrival. We are always close by should you need local information or have any problem. We aim to make our renters as comfortable as possible. Please note that the apartments are in a built up area.

You will find yourself in the heart of the village of Lapradelle-Puilaurens in the Aude valley beneath Puilaurens' Cathar castle.
