Holiday rentals with a patio in Aÿ-Champagne

We love this beautiful brand new apartment. I enjoyed the warm decor, the comfort of the bedding and the coolness inside despite the high temperatures. The location is perfect for visiting Reims on foot and I was able to park on the street. Would definitely stay again.

What a great place!! It’s right in the center of activity in Reims but somehow still private and quiet. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. If we come back to Reims, we would happily stay again. The shower is particularly nice.

The apartment is a gem! Very spacious, very bright and very comfortable. It's even better than the pictures. When you enter the apartment, you immediately feel a sense of well-being! The apartment is perfectly located for visiting Champagne Houses. We had a great weekend in Chigny-les-Roses and would highly recommend this Airbnb!

We enjoyed the comfortable and spacious apartment . It is beautifully renovated in a beautiful color scheme. You can walk to the city center, market hall and many restaurants in 2 minutes. We spent a day on the train to Reims. You can park your car for free near the station. Behind the apartment is also a great parking space. Bertrand and Daphnée are friendly, helpful and respond quickly. If you want to visit Chalon and Champagne, this is a great place.

Great location and design! Location was close to a really nice park, that we loved walking to. The design of the place is super cute and thoughtful. The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the water temperature in the shower. No central a/c but a fan is provided, which helps to cool it down a bit.

Very friendly and very responsive host, at the height of the accommodation which is a real peaceful little corner, very very clean in a beautiful environment in the center. Homes and hosts we'd love for every rental! Thank you, everything was perfect.

Well placed rental to discover Epernay and Reims. Close to the banks of the Marne for Running and walking Perfectly matches the photos and description. Very nice terrace. Good tips for visits and restaurants from our host .

Such a beautiful location, peaceful view, central location in the blanc de blanc region of champagne! This Airbnb exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. The home was very clean, private, and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs were a plus! Thank you, Benoit, for being such a welcoming host.

Lovely apartment, exactly like the photos, set in beautiful scenery with vines covering every square inch! The property was very clean and comfortable. We visited with a 10 month old and Anthony was very accommodating bringing us a baby chair and cot. He also shared great recommendations on local winemakers to visit. Property is very private with an electric gate and had everything we needed. Will definitely be visiting again!

Great place to stay, centrally located and with roof terrace.

Pauline is an awesome host and her house is beautiful. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at her house in comfort and it was thanks to Pauline’s top tier service and care we had one of our best family vacations to date. With toddlers and an infant, Pauline equipped the house with necessities for us to take care of our kids without stress and worked with us to adjust our check-in time to accommodate our long drive to her house. From Reims we also drove to Disneyland Paris and attended the Paris Air Show, all within an easy drive from her house. The house itself was clean and orderly, the bicycles available were a game changer and my son loved that there was a bike his size to ride. My daughter loved the little fish pond in the backyard and my wife and I enjoyed the enclosed patio. If you had any thoughts of renting this property I highly recommend it. My kids told me they missed the house and we intend to visit again. Pauline is a great host and we couldn’t recommend her more.

It was a wonderful stay with a very tasty bakery around the corner. The jacuzzi was also great! The cottage had everything you needed. The only downside is that it was very hot inside and there is no air conditioning. Otherwise, great.
