Our summer house is fully furnished and 1.5 km from the sea. Minibuses pass by the site. It is close to shopping centers. There are places you can use such as hairdressers, restaurants and markets next to the site. There is a semi-olympic and children's pool and a children's playground, which is open from June 15 to September 15 (extended until September 30 depending on weather conditions). There is an 80-liter water heater for hot water, air conditioning, fans and mosquito nets in the rooms. 2 people can sleep on the corner sofa in the living room. It is a tourism residence.
