About 300 meters away is the Prainha bathing area and the recent Fanal bathing area, as well as the Marina. The AL has 2 bedrooms (equipped with a double bed), a living room, a kitchenette (equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine) and 1 bathroom with shower.
