Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Our apartment with 85 m² of living space is located in Bacharach, in the tranquil and cozy district of Medenscheid. Medenscheid offers you a breathtaking view down into the Middle Rhine Valley, more precisely of the medieval town of Bacharach. Enjoy the tranquility and relaxed atmosphere of our village. You have excellent opportunities for hiking, enjoying and lingering, strolling in Bacharach on the banks of the Poesie or hiking extensively around Medenscheid.

In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.
