Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bad Aibling

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The facility was great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you can find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. Great place to stay in a quiet location. We enjoyed the morning view of the lake and the tranquility very much. The accommodation was cozy, clean and the terrace a great place to relax. Only the WLAN connection was partially a bit "fragile", but we were on vacation and everything else was convincing! Thanks a lot!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We felt at home in the beautiful, small apartment. It is tastefully and lovingly furnished and very well equipped. Communication with Markus was very good and extremely helpful from the beginning. Markus and Sandra are really the best hosts. The proximity to Lake Chiemsee and the beautiful mountains with fantastic hiking opportunities made our holiday perfect. We will be happy to come back.

This was a feel-good vacation at its best: an extremely accommodating host, a beautiful quiet place where you immediately felt at home, very tasteful, large bedroom with balcony and a great environment for all who like hiking, cycling, golfing or just want to enjoy the nearby lake. We will definitely be back!

The accommodation was spectacular, I would say that the photos do not do justice to what the place and the neighborhood really are, since it was wonderful. Despite being a little remote from everything, it helped us to be calm, relax and from there go out to our visiting destinations. I would definitely come back again.

We were received super friendly and had a really nice contact with Karin and her husband all the time. The apartment was great and met all expectations, you can take really nice excursions, on foot or by public transport or car and then enjoy the great view of the mountain on the balcony. The recovery effect is so fast that you can easily switch off. Thank you for this!!!

I can recommend Markus Guten Gewissen without reservation. The apartment was very clean and the communication was unproblematic and fast. The location of the apartment was very quiet and you can do a lot in the area. As they say, "we felt like we were in seventh heaven". Thanks for the nice days mfg Silke and Alex

She is a Super Host. Brilliant place if the family is travelling but for sure one should have their own vehicle else it would be difficult.

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. Everything was perfect! Even the sofa was very comfortable to sleep on with a good mattress. Kitchen super equipped. The terrace is very cozy. Elisabeth is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We would have liked to have spent more time here.

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink your first coffee on the balcony overlooking the greenery while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decoration. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work functions with the existing Wi-Fi most of the time. Munich is less than 30 minutes away by car.

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)
