The neolithic region of Salzkammergut offers a wealth of opportunities for families such as winter sports, cycling trails winding over clear lakes and of course great cuisine. Der Fluss Steyrling fließt direkt unter dem Haus vorbei. Im Sommer, bei Niedrigwasser gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und Möglichkeiten sich zu erfrischen+ Wasserfall. Gasthaus und Dorfladen 5 min fußläufig erreichbar.

Dieser Original-Troadkasten ist 300 Jahre alt und wurde liebevoll zu einer romantischen Hütte in Traumlage im Nationalpark Kalkalpen umgebaut. Hier können zwei Personen das ruhige Landleben genießen. Der ehemalige Getreidespeicher ist modern ausgestattet mit Sauna, beheiztem Whirlpool zur alleinigen Benützung auf der Terrasse und einem gemütlichen Kamin. Wandern und Mountainbiken vor der Haustüre, Ski- und Thermengebiete in unter einer halben Autostunde erreichbar.
