Nice accommodation, for a weekend. With the airfield next door, it's definitely a cool experience. The view from the houses could have been a little nicer for the area. You have to get your water for the accommodation in a canister, but that's not so bad either. The sanitary facilities were okay, but can be improved. Very nice staff.

The hut is great for hikes and excursions to reservoirs and many activities. Very quiet and right by the forest to go hiking. .In the cabin there is everything you need. Super fenced for our dogs,which gives extra points;-).

Constanze and André are super nice and very communicative hosts. They had many tips for us and were always accessible for questions. We (a family of 4 with young children) felt very comfortable in the house and garden, with barbecue, fireplace, pool, playground, trampoline, bicycles and the hangover. The location was optimal for us: With the bikes we were in the old town of Weimar in 10 minutes, on the other hand you could also walk directly over the field to the Ilm or ride a bike on the Ilm bike path. A supermarket with a bakery is within walking distance. We will be happy to come back!

Great for longer stays, has everything you need, pool and sauna was such an extra. Really liked it, recommended!

We had a wonderful week in the cottage. Mario and Silke are very nice people and always helpful. The house is very cozily furnished, nothing is missing and there are lovingly made details everywhere. The sunsets on the veranda were a dream. Our kids had a lot of fun in the great pool. There is so much to do with and without children in the area that we only managed a fraction. Very good was the fairy world and the fairy cave in Saalburg and the climbing forest and the summer toboggan run in Saale.

The lake house Pippa is a fantastic accommodation! Located directly on the lake, with sauna and whirlpool, no wish remains unfulfilled for a relaxing break. We would recommend it at any time and would be happy to go back. The only thing that bothered us a little was that after booking and paying the accommodation price, there were additional costs. That was somewhat non-transparent. We would have liked it to be clear at the time of booking what the total costs would be.

We had an anniversary to celebrate. 80 years of Ortrud. With Brigitte, the three of us, mother-daughter-son-in-law, lacked nothing. It was princely. Also, because it is so spacious. Very well maintained, very clean, tidy and yet at the same time cozy. So many beautiful seating options. Inside and out! Lübke couple, we will definitely come back! It was so nice staying with you! We visited Cor and Marie José's place for a family get-together with 12 people, from age 1 to 87. The place was perfect for a group with diverse needs - beautiful and cozy bedrooms for privacy and a lovely kitchen and dining area for lots of fun-filled family time. Cor and Marie José were super helpful and wonderful hosts. You can tell that they are passionate about what they do. They are just very warm and welcoming people that make you feel right at home in their house. We can highly recommend staying at their place.

Excellent, clean and spacious apartment. Loved the area around with the Storks nest and other birds of prey flying around.

Very nice stay, everything as described, spacious apartment, very close to the center, very clean and nicely furnished, even a small library (also children's books), communication very professional, everything exactly as in the pictures and described. The vacation home is very quietly located on the edge of a village and is an ideal starting point for hikes in the area. You can hike directly from the house into the mountains. By car, many other interesting destinations in southern Thuringia and northern Franconia are also within easy reach. There is a supermarket and butcher in the village, while discounters and large supermarkets are a few minutes away by car. The house is a typical Thuringian forest house with small rooms and steep wooden stairs, freshly renovated and very well equipped. The largest room is a playroom with lots of toys for the kids. Communication with the host works very well, Marcus responds very quickly and tries to meet all requests. We enjoyed it very much. If we are in the area again, we will book the place again.

We were 2 couples with 3 small children. The accommodation is well suited for this. There is a large room in addition to the booking, which we would recommend. Then you have a large dining room in addition. Only the stairs are dangerously steep, especially for the small children, but also for adults. With a large garden and the possibility of barbecuing. Otherwise everything was great, we felt very comfortable. :-)

We used the cottage with two families (2 children and 2 adults each). The sleeping situation was really ideal as we had two large bedrooms and the entire attic. This allowed everyone to sleep in different lengths. The entrance area was really great, so you want to go home, 8 people can kick off shoes and jackets at the same time. The kitchen equipment was really very good. A second bathroom, at least when using 8 people, would certainly be the icing on the cake.

We had a wonderful stay in Bettina’s house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was incredibly peaceful. We really enjoyed sitting in the garden for breakfast and dinner admiring the beautiful view. Bettina was very friendly and helpful and gave us suggestions for day trips using the local tourist card. We rather carelessly left a personal possession behind and Bettina very kindly sent it back to us. We would really recommend to anyone visiting the area to stay here!

We were satisfied with everything, recovered well and the fenced property for our dog was very nice. The only thing missing in the description was that the stairs were very inconvenient for dogs...but not bad, we slept downstairs. The cottage is very modern, for us already much too good😅 maybe you could get new cutlery and the chairs are too low for the table, or the table too high for the chairs. But this is not a criticism, it is just information or a recommendation. Best wishes and thank you for the wonderful days in Thuringia.

We were with our baby and our dog in Andreas' holiday home to simply relax as new parents. Long walks in nature are also possible with strollers, as the path is paved. The place was very cozy and modernly furnished. Andreas is a very friendly and likeable host. If anything comes up, you can reach him anytime. We had a very nice extended weekend!

The vacation home was extremely child-friendly. There was plenty of space to play, a safe environment and child-friendly amenities that made the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness was also excellent – all rooms were well maintained and tidy. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend the vacation home!

If you are looking for a quiet place, this is definitely a recommendation. The house is spacious, clean and everything we needed was present. Even plenty of coffee, tea, detergent, spices, oil, etc. The area is quiet, with many small beautiful villages where there is little entertainment. But if you drive a little further, there are also beautiful cities to visit. There are many cycling routes nearby where you do not have to cycle on the larger roads. You really get to the middle of nowhere on those routes. Benjamin's parents live 2km away and are very friendly and helpful. Benjamin responds quickly and appropriately to messages.

Our short vacation was very nice, cozy and relaxed. We felt very comfortable and the house is also suitable for older people with a walker 😊 (there were three of us ). Breakfast was also delicious. In the surroundings is the spa park Bad Steben, the spa and the very beautiful Frankenwaldsee ( swimming lake ) We were in Haus Tanne ( a nice cozy log cabin ) Super friendly hostess :)

Everything is great! Good communication and how incredibly nice Nadine's parents are, who brought us to the bungalow.

We were there for the second time. We liked it again. The garden is beautiful and large and well maintained. We were able to sit outside. There are many magazines and games, including for outdoors. The only thing that may be perceived as disturbing is the nearby road. However, it was fine for us and we had a nice stay there. Thanks for the opportunity.

We arrived with three people and a dog after 10 pm and it was no problem to check in. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and we felt extremely comfortable from the beginning. The apartment's furnishings leave nothing to be desired and are in impeccable condition. The landlords are extremely friendly and accommodating, and are always available for questions.
