Welcome to our stylishly renovated house in a quiet district of Koblenz. Neuendorf was long an independent place where fishermen and rafters lived. You will feel comfortable in the apartment because everything is available and geared towards a pleasant stay. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes from the nearby bus stop. From there, walk to the Deutsches Eck, cable car and fortress. The fortress offers a lot - like a breathtaking view of Koblenz and more.

Lerne in romantischer Natur das Leben im Tinyhouse kennen. Das nachhaltige Gebäude wurde komplett in Eigenleistung entworfen und gebaut. Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein artemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramawohnbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

House overlooking the Rhine

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.

Herzlich Willkommen am Fuße der Loreley, direkt am Rhein! Siebzig Quadratmeter zum Wohlfühlen, Entspannen und Genießen! In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

A fully equipped, around 50 square meter attic apartment with a fantastic view over Koblenz and the Rhine Valley awaits you. Old plank floors, wooden beams & slopes make the apartment very cozy. Through the Rhine parks you can reach in approx. 15 minutes by bike to the city center. On the roof terrace, the day can then end wonderfully. The apartment is suitable for max. 4 people, with two beds in the living room (passage room) on the couch

Loucia: Modern & nah zur Therme mit Parkplatz

The charming apartment "Loucia" (about 40 m²) is compact, stylishly furnished and ideal for 2–3 people. A cozy bedroom with a large box spring bed (180 cm) ensures a good night's sleep. In the living area, a practical sofa bed offers space for a third person or a child. The fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living area with TV and access to the communal barbecue area make "Loucia" the perfect retreat for couples or small travel groups.

ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.
