Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Welcome to our comfortably equipped yet traditional family house in Austrian style that accommodates all your holiday needs. Enjoy our garden and feel free to eat apples, plums, peaches and cherries straight from the trees (obviously depending on the season ;-) Have breakfast and coffee or simply chill out on our spacious balcony with the mountain views. Children will surely enjoy the garden house with slide, swings and the sand box while parents will cook delicious BBQ.

Dear guests, in MAY and JUNE there may be noise due to renovation work! Thank you for your understanding! However, there are no limits to your leisure activities! Hiking tours, cycling, running trails, via ferratas, cross-country skiing trails, ski tours, water sports in one of the countless lakes or a little more relaxed in the Kaisertherme and Wellnessalm. Dachstein Rieseneishöhlen, salt mine, Hallstatt culture, Kaiservilla to list just a few more possibilities!

Idyllic tranquility in the mountains of Attersee

Our cozy apartment is located in our single-family home in the mountains. You look into the mountains and enjoy the idyllic tranquility. The apartment is intended to be more than a family apartment. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee, you can do numerous leisure activities. The nearest shopping is right in the adjacent village of Nussdorf 4.5 km. Our property is not accessible by public transportation.

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!
