City of Wehlen Markthaus - Vacation rental - Apartment

The Markthaus is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel in Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the castle ruin on the romantic Malerweg. The vaulted cellar and foundation walls date back to 1527. The main house was built in 1734 and operated as a rest stop, post office and inn. In 1850, a massive extension was built in the classicist style. Röhringer ran the Hotel Sächsische Schweiz here.

- At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

Our house with 2 apartments is located on a 2000 sqm property in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, directly on the famous Malerweg. In about 600 m you can reach the Elbe cycle path, the ferry dock, the adventure pool and restaurants. Good starting point for hiking, biking, as well as for visits to castles and palaces as well as sights. The S-Bahn station "Stadt Wehlen" is about 500 m away. From here you can reach the cultural city of Dresden in 30 minutes.

Waldhaus Rathen

A comfortable and family-friendly apartment with kitchen, bedroom and shower and toilet awaits you. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. In addition, there are 2 extra bed options. A travel cot for infants is available. The rooms are painted with natural colours and the wooden floors are treated with natural wax and are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are allowed on request. A large balcony invites you to linger.

Beautiful new apartment in the countryside. Large private terrace with seating and barbecue access. The accommodation is next to a horse farm, in the neighboring village there is a large outdoor swimming pool and in 20 minutes you are in Saxon Switzerland or also in beautiful Dresden. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, within walking distance of Pillnitz Castle and the Elbe. There is enough space for up to 7 people. The spacious living-dining room invites you to linger. There is a balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tub, and there are three bedrooms with one double bed each. Bed linen and towels provided. In addition, you benefit from an excellent connection to Saxon Switzerland.

K dispozici 2 apartmány o celkovém počtu 5 lůžek (možno rozšířit kapacitu na 10 osob) Oba apartmány jsou po celkové rekonstrukci- vybaveny stylovým dřevěným nábytkem. Mají vlastní koupelnu, WC a plně vybavenou kuchyň. V každém apartmánu je TV a trezor. Oba apartmány mají společenskou místnost. V pokojích i ve společenské místnosti je kouření zakázáno.
