Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Expect the charm of an architecturally beautiful half-timbered building from the turn-of-the-century period, in tune with state-of-the-art amenities.

Our property is located in Friedrichswalde, a village in Saxon Switzerland. There is a very good connection to Highway 17. (Driving time to Dresden city center 15 - 20 minutes, Prague 80 minutes). Attractions such as the national park or the city of Pirna, as well as restaurants and a supermarket can be reached in a few minutes by car. The place is suitable for couples, friends, but also solo travelers are welcome.

Small but fully equipped apartment in holiday home Börnchen on about 30 m² surface area. Bathroom and living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our holiday home is located in the center of the Easter Mountains. Renowned destinations can be reached in a short time by car. (Dresden, Elbsandsteingebirge, Sächsische Schweiz, Böhmische Schweiz, Seifen, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte and Prague e.t.c.)

Up to 4 people can enjoy their relaxing vacation in the apartment. It is about 32 square meters and includes a living/sleeping room equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a small kitchen and another bedroom (also ideal for one to two children). A delicious breakfast can be served for an extra charge of €12.00 per person.

We live in Saxon Switzerland National Park on a 200-year-old farm in Bielatal. The farm is located at an altitude of 400 meters. From here you have a magnificent view of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. We lovingly converted the middle part of the old cowshed with the hayloft into the apartment. It is part of the large restored 4-sided farm.
