Our holiday apartment is located in the district 'Hohe Luft'. Things of daily use can be found at a maximum distance of 400 m. From our detached house in a quiet residential area you can reach field and forest in a few minutes on foot. The 800 sqm property with its diverse plant population is an 'eye-catcher'.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 60 qm groß und wurde gerade komplett saniert und hochwertig eingerichtet. Vom Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie einen wunderbaren Blick über die gute Stube Bad Hersfelds, den Linggplatz. Die Küche ist neu und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein bequemes Boxspringbett. Neben dem Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche gibt es noch eine zusätzliches Gäste-WC.

Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a short break or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - on the balcony with a view or in front of the blazing fire in the fireplace. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben da: -direkt am Radweg Biker welcome! - ca 2000qm Garten, Rosengarten (im Sommer) - Küche mit allem was man braucht -sauber, ruhig - Bushaltestelle 30 Meter, Bus fährt stündlich in die Stadt - 1,40er Bett mit Tempurauflage- du wirst gut schlafen! - Kaminofen von November bis April nutzbar- ansonsten gesunde Infrarotwärme als Wärmequelle!

I stayed at the apartment for one night with my wife and kids. Great layout for families, and Tobias setup a baby crib for us. Apartment was extremely clean, and is in a very good location within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Free underground parking garage with direct access to the building was very convenient.

The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos can show! Fantastic! Superbly equipped, EVERY detail has been thought of! Great documentation about the apartment and the surroundings (hiking!). Good connection to hiking trails, right behind the house is already the beautiful area! Short walk to the old town (a bit steep, but if you are fit, you can take it as a fitness workout!). Christian and Anja are super nice and helpful, greeted us personally, live downstairs in the house, are reachable, but leave you full privacy. However, there is also a key safe if the arrival is inconvenient. Just leave the keys in the apartment when you leave. The area is really nicely laid out, holidays in Germany, great! The brand new suspension bridge, Kneipp pools, barefoot paths, forest bathrooms, the ball tracks, it was simply fun for the young at heart! For families with children, too. We - 3 hiking-loving friends - will definitely come back, no matter what season!

Those who expect luxury here are wrong. If you want to escape everything, this is the place to be. All necessary things such as TV and coffee maker are included. Mega beautiful cabin that is rented by a mega family.
