In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

Huis Rensen orange private room

The house is in Schüttdorf, at the south side of the lake. It is a quiet street with parking space. It is located about 1 km from the nearest ski lift (Areitbahn), 10 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car. There is a really big parking spot there. And about 5 minutes from the nearest stop of the ski bus. Zell am See city is a 3-minute drive. The lake is less than a 5-minute bike ride away. The house is surrounded by mountains that are all climbable, there is plenty of hiking fun for every level.

Cinema-themed hotel in the Austrian Alps: Individual economy room in a boutique hotel right at the beginning of the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. You can take advantage of all the services offered by the hotel, such as a gym, a large garden with lounge furniture and a wide range of activities such as dance classes every Sunday, concerts, etc. Fine little restaurant with homemade regional dishes including vegan options. Also roomservice for snacks such as pizza or burgers.

The Rösslgut is located at the entrance to the Riedingtal Nature Park in Salzburger Lungau. We offer private rooms with breakfast or for self-catering. At the farm there are chickens, horses, a riding place and a small riding school. The price quoted per night does not include breakfast. We are happy to serve you a rich breakfast with fresh pastries, egg dishes from our happy organic free-range chickens for €14.50 per person.

The lovingly furnished, family-run country house is located in a sunny location in the center of Altenmarkt-Zauchensee, in the state of Salzburg. In the morning, a large selection of breakfast buffet awaits you with many regional, partly homemade delicacies. The cozy hall with open fireplace, the in-house indoor pool (10 x 5 m) and the Finnish sauna offer relaxation for body, mind and soul.

(Katschberg, Aineck, Speiereck, Amadé Sport World). Also ideal for travelers with direct highway access. The price doesn't include breakfast.
