In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. It is located about 1 km from the nearest ski lift (Areitbahn), 10 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car. There is a really big parking spot there. And about 5 minutes from the nearest stop of the ski bus. Zell am See city is a 3-minute drive. The lake is less than a 5-minute bike ride away. The house is surrounded by mountains that are all climbable, there is plenty of hiking fun for every level.
