Die Wohnung bietet auf 87 qm 2 Schlafzimmer (Masterbedroom mit Kingsize Bett & einem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten), Badezimmer mit Dusche/Badewanne, Wohnzimmer mit getrenntem Essbereich und ausgestatteter Küche. Durch die Lage im Hotel bietet sich die Möglichkeit der Schwimmbad-Benutzung und des Wellnessbereiches. Ebenso stehen im Hotel eine Bar und ein Restaurant (auf eigene Kosten) zur Verfügung.

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Natural materials give the living comfort a pleasantly warm character. The mountains and the valley within reach, in a secluded location at the edge of the forest. The apartment is bookable all over the year.

In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich Skilifte sowie zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten und die Stadt Salzburg ist nur eine 40 minütige Autofahrt entfernt.
