The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. It is located in a small village, the forest is 150 meters away.

Free public parking in front of the house (if available). From Sinzig you can reach nearby, the German Corner in Koblenz, the Geysir in Andernach, the bridge of Remagen, the historic old town of Linz, the Beethoven House in Bonn or the Cologne Cathedral.

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
