It is in a quiet location on the first floor of a detached house on the Rhine Heights surrounded by the Siebengebirge, Westerwald, the idyllic Wiedbach Valley and the romantic Rhine Valley. Cities such as Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne are just as easy to reach as the wine region of the Middle Rhine and the Ahr as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge).

In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. Free public parking in front of the house (if available). From Sinzig you can reach nearby, the German Corner in Koblenz, the Geysir in Andernach, the bridge of Remagen, the historic old town of Linz, the Beethoven House in Bonn or the Cologne Cathedral.

Dear guests, our apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. We have extensively renovated it over the past year. We have renewed the entire bathroom ceramic and refurbished the other rooms except for the kitchen. It consists of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and a kitchen. It can accommodate 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults. 2 can also sleep on the sofa bed
