It is in a quiet location on the first floor of a detached house on the Rhine Heights surrounded by the Siebengebirge, Westerwald, the idyllic Wiedbach Valley and the romantic Rhine Valley. Cities such as Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne are just as easy to reach as the wine region of the Middle Rhine and the Ahr as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge).

Surrounded by green areas overlooking the Siebengebirge & the Petersberg - yet close to the city & the Rhine for walking and sunbathing. During your stay, you should not want for anything. Conveniently located: Regional train station Mehlem-Lannesdorf about 10 minutes' walk, bus stop to Godesberg or Bonn center about 250 m. The price includes the 6% accommodation tax required by the city of Bonn = tourist tax.

Two e-bikes can be rented by our guests for day or multi-day tours. Contactless check-in and check-out via the key box is possible.

To downtown you have a 5 minute walk with numerous pubs and shopping. In only 10 minutes distance a large supermarket and in 15 minutes cozy walk the train station. Free public parking in front of the house (if available). From Sinzig you can reach nearby, the German Corner in Koblenz, the Geysir in Andernach, the bridge of Remagen, the historic old town of Linz, the Beethoven House in Bonn or the Cologne Cathedral.
